Flowers can be arranged in a vase by a person with an artistic knack for orderliness. Each beautiful flower is by itself an orderly arrangement. Scientifically, the primary purpose of a flower is reproduction of the plant. A man may offer an orderly arrangement of flowers to a woman in order to have the opportunity to procreate himself. Flowers have more than one purpose. The marriage ceremony itself is a highly organized event. These orderly arrangements, called marriages, create the best kids. Chaos creates criminals.

Some modern art compositions convey an image just visible enough to decipher an arrangement from a distance. Up close it appears to represent nothing except a chaos of color. Contrastingly, photorealism is an art form that attempts to duplicate exactly what the artist sees, like a camera captures a picture, with total objectivity. Photorealism offers no emotion or interpretation from the artist. Some say photorealism isn’t actually art, since the artist is attempting to be a non-human machine with no intentions.

A song is a poetic format of words that is musically supported by an orderly arrangement of sounds. It renders an especially meaningful or memorable effect on people. “It is music to my ears”. We are extraordinarily inspired by the composer’s words when they are superimposed on a second form of orderly art.

Cosmos in English denotes a well ordered universe, while the word chaos conveys a discouraging disconnectedness or disorder. The word universe implies a cosmic interconnectedness but it can also be used to denote a personal sphere of activity or interest. Your personal world may not allow for any ultimate meaning as derived from a creator, even though cosmos actually means orderly arrangement, as if it were arranged by a creative being. Yet even choosing  to call chaos an art form calls for a personal act of discrimination. You are categorizing something as a sort of art, even though the disarray should motivate you to get to work to organize it rather than praise the mayhem and slough off the responsibility.

Genesis 1:31 LITV And God saw everything that He had made and behold, it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning the sixth day.

Speech has a wide range of literary formats and words themselves have an individual range of meaning, which are so often the subjects of personal preference and interpretation. Unsurprisingly, English interpretations of the bible also have a wide literary range. Translations are inexact art forms. Some translators try to make a one to one concordant version. They try to find the exact word in English that best represents the Hebrew or Greek word, with it’s exact range of meaning, tense and nuance. But that one to one word correspondence usually doesn’t exist. So others use whole phrases to best capture the meaning of the foreign word, as defined by the original audience it was written to. Still others, who want to sell Bibles, try best to please their would be modern day buyers, considering the most prevalent beliefs of the era.

Jesus was the Word of God precisely fleshed out. He grew into the exact representation of His Father, in a biological body, under the orderly arrangement of an old covenant community, who didn’t always interpret scripture accurately either. He nevertheless became the picture perfect image of His Father, but that image was displayed and captured for us in His words and His behavior. It had little to do with His photo appearance. He had His Father’s goals and intentions in mind. He wasn’t trying to sell Bibles, please politicians or be accepted by a certain denominational hierarchy.

If people had cameras and took pictures of Him, it wouldn’t help us see the image of the Father in Him. He looked around and faultlessly described what He saw as He interfaced His Father’s creation. He looked through His human eyes and interacted with the Jewish people around Him, appropriately. He engaged His Father’s creation with logic and emotions as He explained His Father’s reality by way of reasonable abstractions and hyperboles.

Hyperbole is like hyperrealism whereas a metaphor is an abstraction. A parable is then an extended metaphor and a story is an extended parable. But a story can be real, hyperreal or abstract and still convey a rational truth. It doesn’t have to be a scientific or historical story to convey a cognitive truth.

Below are two excerpts from an article: ‘Kids as Concrete Thinkers – Part 1’, by: Shane J. Ralston

Concrete thought is the child’s preoccupation with their immediate surroundings, with the actual objects they can touch, see and hear, as well as the search for explanations based on events that are familiar.

Paul Harris, argues that progressive educators overemphasize learning through direct observation and experimentation (i.e. learning by doing). Thinking of children as little scientists unjustifiably minimizes the importance of learning through the trusted reports of adults (i.e. learning by believing reliable testimony).

The undeveloped mind of a child deals only in the concrete facts of the matter. A child is not born with innate ideas from which he can develop principles. He or she must first of all be introduced to certain hard facts based on the world around him by the people who raise him. Appreciating the arts comes with maturity. Jesus expected adults to be able to think abstractly and He expected children to have great faith in those adults. When He told the woman at the well that He could give her water that caused her to never thirst again, she said Jesus didn’t even have a rope. When He said tear this temple down and I will rebuild it in three days, they thought He meant the concrete temple of the Holy Spirit, but He meant the body of Christ.

Immaturity and lack of faith caused them to focus on the concrete Jerusalem rather than the spiritual Jerusalem coming down from above. Even first-century born-again Jews, who were the new covenant temple of the Holy Spirit, wanted to return to their old covenant law-mode marriage. Post-Pentecost Jews were in a Holy Spirit prearrangement called betrothal. They were being spiritually raised to became one with the body of Christ. Agreement in the Holy Spirit would cause unity, even as the Father and Son were one. So Paul pleaded with them to be more spiritual. He used metaphors designed to help them grasp the unseen new covenant. “My little children, of whom again I travail in birth, till Christ may be formed in you”. Is Paul really giving birth to people so they can give birth to Christ or is that an unscientific abstraction from familiar things? Is it still true?

As an adult, I wear fully loaded progressive glasses. They have three prescriptions in one lens, with no visible trifocal lines. Not only are they made multifocal, for viewing life at three distances, they are anti-glare and auto-darkening. Isn’t science great? After 40 years of age, people tend to become far sighted, because their eyes are becoming less flexible. ‘Rigor mortis’ of the eye muscles is slowly setting in. It’s about this same time we start to realize we won’t be in this flesh body forever.

Up close this world can still seem hopelessly lost in the blurry chaos. As we age out we tend to back up and focus on the big picture, by design. I must admit that I have never been a fan of abstract art or impressionism. I tend to get too close to Jesus’ word pictures and try to make every detail represent something. If only I could delineate everything, then I could be a data scientist who doesn’t need the human art forms. I could remain in or return to the concrete stage of my childhood. Then I Just trusted in the adults who could see far better than me.

Or maybe I could make use of art to put God on display for all to see in a more concrete form, up close and personal. Humanity, as a higher order of creation than animals, can sculpt statues. Yet humanity was specifically told not to sculpt God in any 3D format; human body or animal body, earthly or heavenly. That use of art would inevitably be an inexact representation that would lead to a disorderly human conduct, like the other nations, whose gods all focused on some physical feature.

The focus on biological attributes of God would distort the human soul of Adam with some sort of animal distinction. God made humanity unique, with a spiritual breath from Himself.  Adam was to walk with God in the garden and participate in his elevated orderly arrangement. Adam would grow in God’s image by walking with Him and working with Him in the Garden.

The finger of God sculpted His innate principles in stone to create the nation Israel. The Law did not succeed in sustaining or completing the image of God in His people or His nation. It did serve to prove the need for a bigger breath from God. In the new orderly arrangement (for both the individual and for the nation) God’s Spirit was sent to live in the people of the nation themselves, not in a garden or a building. That nation was previously formed in the progeny of Adam, by the Law of Yahweh engraved in stone. It would be reformed in the family of Yeshua, by the Law of Yahweh written on the heart. Their new covenant heart of flesh was the heart of Christ, also called the law of Christ. Not coincidentally that spiritual breath from God came on the anniversary of the less personal and transitory stone-betrothal that first created the nation.

Cosmos is the Greek word that means orderly arrangement. From Genesis chapter one onward, order is a result of God’s activity. Even the orderliness of the Angels was a result of God first creating them. When it came to creating humanity, Yahweh said, “Let us make Adam in our image”.  I take it, the angels were intended to bear the image of God just as humanity was.

When viewed from Genesis one, we can see the whole universe as God’s orderly arrangement, but within creation at large there is ongoing creative activity by Yahweh and His angels and humanity that brings about higher order arrangements. Hence one man or one nation could become more orderly than another man or another nation, both in the same universe; a more special creation within creation, with humanity potentially exhibiting the most attributes of Yahweh. That is an ongoing display of the attributes of God through the behavior of His people. Yeshua called Himself the exact representation or image of Yahweh.

The God of gods was the creator of the spiritual beings called gods or watchers. The fallen away watchers (angels) of Genesis 6 helped emphasize the animal natures of the nations rather than exalt in humanity. Unfaithful to God’s human project, they began to compete with the image of Yahweh in humans rather than participate in it. This disorder led to Noah’s flood judgment, which was a rebirth of humanity out of the violent chaos. Even a destructive event such as Noah’s flood was a precursor to restoring order when Yahweh was involved.

The fallen gods devolved into ruling over humanity like the animals rather than cooperating with Yahweh. That corruption by the gods eventually led to nothing but continual violence, even among God’s own people. God desires peace and order within His creation. His angels (watchers) were created as sons of God before Adam was.

Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

James 3:18 And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

Ephesians 6:23 Peace be to the brothers, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Luke 1:79 To give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

Mark 9:50 Salt is good, but if the salt looses its saltiness, how will you make it salty again? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with one another.

1 Timothy 2:1-15 I exhort, then, first of all, there be made supplications, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings, for all humanity: 2 for kings, and all who are in authority, that a quiet and peaceable life we may lead in all piety and gravity, 3 for this is right and acceptable before God our Savior, 4 who doth will all humanity to be delivered, and to come to the full knowledge of the truth; 5 for God is one, one also is the mediator of God and of humanity, the human Christ Jesus, 6 who did give himself a ransom for all—the testimony in its proper times— 7 in regard to which I was set a preacher and apostle—truth I say in Christ, I do not lie—a teacher of nations, in faith and truth. 8 I wish, therefore, that men pray in every situation, lifting up God sanctioned (humanity’s) hands, apart from anger and arguing; 9 in like manner also the women, dress in appropriate apparel (Cosmios – properly ordered or decorated) with modesty and discretion to adorn (Cosmeo – to properly order or decorate) themselves, not in plaited hair, or gold, or pearls, or garments of great price, 10 but that which fits women professing godly piety—through good works. 11 Let a woman in quietness learn in all subjection, 12 and a woman I do not suffer to direct, nor to domineer a husband, but to be in rest (from bustle of words), 13 for Adam was first formed, then Eve, 14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman, having been deceived, came into violation, 15 and she shall be preserved through the performance of maternal duties, if they remain in belief, and love, and the process of holiness, with discretion.

Why does the military obsess with outward orderliness if not to be able to rule their world through self discipline; imposed or not? Humanity is being called to rule with the highest order from the inside out, through the spiritual covenant with Christ. Spiritual peace surpasses the ruling faculty of a military mind.

Proverbs 25:28 CLV A breached city where there is no wall, Such is a man to whose spirit there is no restraint.

The soul of a man brings order to his own spirit. God made four living souls and set boundaries for them before making the highest order soul called humanity;  in His image – with His breath. His Spirit creates the never-ending human ‘soul’. The greatest desire of the flesh mode covenant was to keep the old temporary human soul. The Holy Spirit of Yahweh in the garden and in the old stone temple were transitory and less personal arrangements. In the transition to the new covenant, Paul defined the sons of God as those who were rescued from law mode old covenant and now walk in the Spirit of God.

The Angels were united in spirit while God created us and our universe.

Job 38:7 CLV When the stars of the morning jubilated together, And all the sons of Elohim shouted with joy?

But humanity and the angels were divided during the new (Holy Spirit) creation.

Galatians 4:29 JMNT 29 But nevertheless, just as then, the one being born down from (in accordance with; corresponding to; on the level of) flesh (= human efforts) was constantly pursuing and persecuting the one down from (in accordance with; corresponding to; in the sphere of) spirit (or: Breath-effect), so also now.

Galatians 5:16 ECB 16 So I word this, Walk in Spirit and you never no way complete/shalam the panting of the flesh.

Galatians 5:16 CLV 16 Now I am saying, Walk in spirit, and you should under no circumstances be consummating the lust of the flesh.”

The newly ordered heaven and earth was about to be consummated. Not in the flesh mode of the old covenant, but in the Holy Spirit mode of the new covenant. Humanity’s new living soul is the Holy Spirit living within. Humanity was born again and blessed on Pentecost as the new world order, which is redundant since world (cosmos) means orderly arrangement. The new orderly arrangement order is Christianity proper (redundancies intended).

1 Corinthians 6:1-3 LITV 1 Does anyone of you having a matter against another dare to be judged before the unjust, and not before the saints? 2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy of small judgments? 3 Do you not know that we shall judge angels, not to speak of this life?

1 Corinthians 6:1-3 JMNT 1 Does anyone of you folks [who] are continuing holding a result of some deed done (or: the effect of a practice) toward someone else (or: are now having a business transaction focused toward another; continue in having a dispute or law-suit proceeding toward the different person) now dare or boldly presume to continue to be judged upon the basis (or: = in the place or court) of unjust folks (people who are unfair and are not in the way pointed out; = those outside the called-out community), and not upon the [basis; place; court] of the set-apart folks (the saints; the holy ones)? 2 Or have you not seen so as to know that the set-apart folks (the saints; the holy, sacred people; the different-from-the-profane folks) will proceed to sift, separate, evaluate and decide about the organized System (the world of culture, religion and government; or: secular society; or: = the Roman Empire)? So since (or: if) within the midst of, among and in union with you folks the world System is to be habitually (progressively; repeatedly) evaluated and judged, are you people unworthy or unfit in regard to deciding about very trivial controversies (or: not of equal value to the smallest standards by which to sift and evaluate; or: of [holding the] least tribunals or places for court)? 3 Have you not seen so as to know that we shall continue sifting, separating, evaluating and making decisions about agents (or: will continue judging messengers) – why not, indeed, the affairs and business matters of everyday life?

Born-of-the-Holy-Spirit-Jerusalem is the Jerusalem of the promise. New covenant Jerusalem became the higher order of humanity. Old covenant Jerusalem tried to stop it. The church did not find justice when brought before old covenant tribunals. They were in league with Rome to stop the transition of covenants.

Galatians 4:1-31 YLT 1 And I say, so long time as the heir is a babe, he differeth nothing from a servant—being lord of all, 2 but is under tutors and stewards till the time appointed of the father, 3 so also we, when we were babes, under the elements of the world were in servitude, 4 and when the fulness of time did come, God sent forth His Son, come of a woman, come under law, 5 that those under law he may redeem, that the adoption of sons we may receive; 6 and because ye are sons, God did send forth the spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, `Abba, Father!’ 7 so that thou art no more a servant, but a son, and if a son, also an heir of God through Christ. 8 But then, indeed, not having known God, ye were in servitude to those not by nature gods, 9 and now, having known God—and rather being known by God—how turn ye again unto the weak and poor elements to which anew ye desire to be in servitude? 10 Days ye observe, and months, and times, and years! 11 I am afraid of you, lest in vain I did labour toward you. 12 Become as I am —because I also am as ye brethren, I beseech you; to me ye did no hurt, 13 and ye have known that through infirmity of the flesh I did proclaim good news to you at the first, 14 and my trial that is in my flesh ye did not despise nor reject, but as a messenger of God ye did receive me—as Christ Jesus; 15 what then was your happiness? for I testify to you, that if possible, your eyes having plucked out, ye would have given to me; 16 so that your enemy have I become, being true to you? 17 they are zealous for you—yet not well, but they wish to shut us out, that for them ye may be zealous; 18 and it is good to be zealously regarded, in what is good, at all times, and not only in my being present with you; 19 my little children, of whom again I travail in birth, till Christ may be formed in you, 20 and I was wishing to be present with you now, and to change my voice, because I am in doubt about you. 21 Tell me, ye who are willing to be under law, the law do ye not hear? 22 for it hath been written, that Abraham had two sons, one by the maid-servant, and one by the free-woman, 33 but he who is of the maid-servant, according to flesh hath been, and he who is of the free-woman, through the promise; 24 which things are allegorized, for these are the two covenants: one, indeed, from mount Sinai, to servitude bringing forth, which is Hagar; 25 for this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and doth correspond to the Jerusalem that now is, and is in servitude with her children, 26 and the Jerusalem above is the free-woman, which is mother of us all, 27 for it hath been written, `Rejoice, O barren, who art not bearing; break forth and cry, thou who art not travailing, because many are the children of the desolate—more than of her having the husband.’ 28 And we, brethren, as Isaac, are children of promise, 29 but as then he who was born according to the flesh did persecute him according to the spirit, so also now; 30 but what saith the Writing? `Cast forth the maid-servant and her son, for the son of the maid-servant may not be heir with the son of the free-woman;‘ 31 then, brethren, we are not a maid-servant’s children, but the free-woman’s.

The old orderly arrangement and the new orderly arrangement couldn’t stay in the same house together. The old covenant had to come to an end. Jesus expected children to have great faith and He expected spiritually mature adults to see His abstracted new covenant world. Jesus expected God’s Spirit-born people to believe Him and leave old Jerusalem before it ended, lest they lose their physical life. We are children of the promise. Christ doesn’t take us back to law mode in the flesh to spiritually die again. Spiritual death under law led us to Him. Paul was flabbergasted that God’s people were being enticed to be enslaved by the old law arrangement again. How can one become more spiritual by putting the Spirit of Yahweh back into a stone temple? You cant be un born-again by the Holy spirit. God’s new orderly arrangement is here to stay. It is of the highest order. What can be more promising than the full image of Yahweh living in people? Yeshua sent the full breath (image) of Yahweh to His people 50 days after His resurrection. He put the old husbandman to death to set His people free to re-engage with the undying firstborn of the new creation on Pentecost. It was a new cosmic creation. It is the highest orderly arrangement ever.

John 3:16 YLT 16 for God did so love the world, that His Son—the only begotten—He gave, that every one who is believing in him may not perish, but may have life age-during [to the consummation age of the old covenant transition].

The word world in John 3:16 is cosmos.

κόσμος – kosmos – kos’-mos
Probably from the base of G2865; orderly arrangement, that is, decoration; by implication the world (in a wide or narrow sense, including its inhabitants, literally or figuratively [morally])

Thayer:

1) an apt and harmonious arrangement or constitution, order, government
2) ornament, decoration, adornment, i.e. the arrangement of the stars, ‘the heavenly hosts’, as the ornament of the heavens. 1 Pet. 3:3 …                                        3) the world, the universe
4) the circle of the earth, the earth
5) the inhabitants of the earth, men, the human family
6) the ungodly multitude; the whole mass of men alienated from God, and therefore hostile to the cause of Christ
7) world affairs, the aggregate of things earthly
7a) the whole circle of earthly goods, endowments riches, advantages, pleasures, etc, which although hollow and frail and fleeting, stir desire, seduce from God and are obstacles to the cause of Christ
8) any aggregate or general collection of particulars of any sort
8a) the Gentiles as contrasted to the Jews (Rom.
11:12 etc)
8b) of believers only, John 1:29; 3:16; 3:17; 6:33; 12:47 1 Cor. 4:9; 2 Cor. 5:19

The new orderly arrangement is the most exalted creation and it includes all believers.

2 Corinthians 5:19 YLT how that God was in Christ—a world reconciling to Himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses; and having put in us the word of the reconciliation,

The newly blessed living arrangement was about to become permanent, through the exact representation of the Father on Earth, by the Son and the Hoy Spirit. Hence – The seven Blessings of the New Covenant Unveiling, i.e., Seven Blessings of the Revelation of the Bride; the new covenant creation, released by law from His side: (Revelation 1-22)

THE FIRST BEATITUDE – Unveiling 1:3

Blessed – whoever reads and whoever hears the words of this prophecy and guard those scribed therein: for the season is near. ECB

THE SECOND BEATITUDE – Unveiling 14:13

And I hear a voice from the heavens wording to me, Scribe, Blessed – the dead who die in Yah Veh henceforth: Yes, words the Spirit, that they rest from their labors; and their works follow with them. ECB

THE THIRD BEATITUDE – Unveiling 16:15

Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed – he who watches and guards his garments; lest he walk naked and they see his misbehavior. ECB

THE FOURTH BEATITUDE – Unveiling 19:9

And he words to me, Scribe, Blessed – those called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he words to me, These are the true words of Elohim. ECB

THE FIFTH BEATITUDE – Unveiling 20:6

Blessed and holy whoever has part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no authority: but they become priests of Elohim and of Messiah and reign with him a thousand years. ECB

THE SIXTH BEATITUDE – Unveiling 22:7

Behold, I come quickly: blessed – whoever guards the words of the prophecy of this scroll. ECB

THE SEVENTH BEATITUDE – Unveiling 22:14

Blessed – whoever does his misvoth; that they have authority to the staff of life and enter the city through the gates. ECB

Misvoth refers to Yahweh’s precepts, directions or commands; His orderly arrangement – as in His image, His name, His family, His marriage, His creation or His covenant.

The original living arrangement for the first born of the old covenant creation was blessed by Yahweh, but the firstborn of the new covenant creation is the eternally blessed soul of humanity. He took us to the never ending sabbath rest of the new creation; in the Holy Spirit rebirth of eschaton Adam at the resurrection of Christ. Consequently, the Hebrew nation was spiritually reborn on Pentecost. That sabbath day of Holy Spirit betrothal led to the sabbath day of Holy Spirit marriage. There is no higher arrangement.

Genesis chapter one: ECB 20 And Elohim says, Waters, teem with teemers having a living soul! And flyers, fly above the earth on the face of the expanse of the heavens! 21 And Elohim creates great monsters; and every living soul that creeps which the waters teem in species; and every winged flyer in species: and Elohim sees it is good. 22 And Elohim blesses them, saying, Bear fruit and abound and fill the waters in the seas and abound flyers in the earth: 23 and evening becomes and morning becomes day five. 24 And Elohim says, Earth, bring forth the living soul in species – animals and creepers and live beings on the earth in species: – and so be it. 25 And Elohim works live beings on the earth in species and animals in species and every creeper on the soil in species: and Elohim sees it is good. 26 And Elohim says, We work Adam in our image, after our likeness! – to subjugate over the fish of the sea and over the flyers of the heavens and over the animals and over all the earth and over every creeper creeping on the earth. 27 And Elohim creates Adam in his image; he creates him in the image of Elohim; he creates them male and female. 28 And Elohim blesses them and Elohim says unto them, Bear fruit; and abound and fill the earth and subdue: and subjugate over the fish of the sea and over the flyers of the heavens and over every live being creeping on the earth. 29 And Elohim says, Behold, I give you every herb seeding seed on the face of all the earth; and every tree wherein is the fruit of a tree seeding seed; to be food to you 30 and to every live being of the earth and to every flyer of the heavens and to every creeper on the earth wherein there is a living soul – every green herb for food: – and so be it. 31 And Elohim sees all he worked and behold it is mighty good: – and so be it evening becomes and morning becomes day six.

ONE MORE THING, OR MAYBE THREE

The orderly arrangement of our solar system is today accepted as Copernican. The Copernican Revolution was a paradigm shift from the Ptolemaic model. Competing for acceptance was the Tycho Brahe model.

The Sun, Moon and stars were seen as governing our existence as the creation of eternal souls was happening on Earth. The orderly arrangement of the cosmos revolved around humanity on a planet that is unique among the other planets in our solar system.

According to Ptolemei, the Sun and Mars were in orbit around a stationary Earth. Anomalies like the retrograde motion of Mars were explained by simply adding a small but illogical loop within the larger orbital pathway, though this explanation is obviously wrong to us today. But Ptolemei’s model did see Earth as distinctive in God’s orderly arrangement of planets. I agree with him there. He just didn’t satisfactorily explain the actual arrangement. But then again neither did the Hebrews. Their model of the universe looked more like a metaphor rather than science as we know it.

Far from being stationary, the Earth has two or three movements, depending on which model is correct. Most today believe three. I think the correct view is two. Tycho Brahe also believed the Earth was completely stationary, while the Sun and planets did all the moving. He gave zero motion to the Earth. The current Copernican model gives all three motions to Earth. The revised Tycho model is called the Tychos model. It gives two motions to the Earth and gives one motion to the Sun.

All three circuits should be explainable by any model: the daily sunset and sunrise, the annual return of the seasons and the Great Year. The Great Year cycle takes 26000 years before the Earth returns to the same exact position. We also have to account for the two more familiar tours lasting 24 hours and 365 days. The modern Copernican model accounts for all three phenomena by giving all three motions to our planet.

According to the Copernican model, the return to the same North Star sky every 26000 years is because our planet is wobbly. Earth is pictured like a spinning top on a table. The top is not completely upright but has a slow wobble. It’s a very slow wobble, which causes the axis to point to the same exact place in the heavens every 26000 years. The Tychos model sees no need for the wobble, rather it explains the Great Year phenomenon by noting a small Earth orbit around nothing. This orbit is about one mile per hour and takes 26000 years to complete.

The  second motion is the daily motion of our planet, which should be acceptable to us modern scholars. The land on Earth is traveling 9000 miles per hour at the equator and slows to nothing as we approach the poles. It would be an astronomically greater distance and speed for the Sun to orbit the Earth once a day. If you say that the zero friction of outer space would sheer off the Earth’s atmosphere if it were spinning at such a speed, then what about the atmosphere of the Sun at a much greater speed and distance? The fly in your car doesn’t even notice that you are traveling 100 miles per hour, unless you take the top of the car off and introduce friction. There is no friction on the Earth from outer space. Even rockets have to push off of themselves outside of our atmosphere. While the fact that the pendulum doesn’t change it’s arc at the poles or at the equator isn’t absolute proof of the earth’s rotation, I do agree with the Copernican model on this one. The Earth revolves on it’s axis once a day. The Sun doesn’t actually rise and set. Though we literally speak that way still.

The third question is whether the Sun moves to the other side of the Earth every six months or vice versa? Parallax readings, or the lack thereof, confirm the former. Our sky doesn’t largely return to us every six months. It remains the same because we barely moved. The same exact sky actually returns to us every 26000 years, as we slowly but steadily trek through the 12 astrological ages. And even Plato could detect this incremental change in the stars. But the believers in the modern Copernican model, with our modern instruments, say the stars are so far away we can’t accurately detect our great biannual change in the sky, as the Earth purportedly moves to the other side of the Sun. Yet the readings that unbelievably can’t even detect these starry parallaxes, that should so obviously appear to us every six months, are sorted through with great bias. The readings that seem to so slightly confirm their model are called accurate and the ones that don’t are called errors.

This bias is largely due to peer pressure and a disorderly arrangement scientists have with their funding sources. The scholarly consensus should no longer be questioned, even though we now have computer technology and telescopes that they never dreamed of when they conceded to the purveyors of the Copernicus model. Should’t we double check their work for accuracy now that we are more than able?

Now consider this: most stars are paired up with another star in binary orbit around their dual center of mass. We hadn’t yet discovered this fact when we ‘decided’ that our solar system was in the Copernican model. Even 50 years ago we thought binary systems were rare. We now say that even our Sun ‘was’ probably a binary star at one time, but it’s companion in orbit is long gone and now the Sun has ground to a halt. Since the status quo is stuck on the heliocentric model of our universe, they will never even consider Mars as our Sun’s enduring binary companion. That would add motion to our Sun.

The binary star model that has become the status quo of the universe is rejected for our own personal solar system by the political and scientific status quo here on Earth. We have become stubborn and immovable on the subject. Even though the general rule now is that stars are moving rather than stationary, it’s not being applied to our closest star.  The Sun remains a still and lonely exception in the universe of stars, even as we are discovering that most if not all stars are in motion and form a binary center of mass.

The planets are said to orbit around our fixed star, yet we are having an increasingly difficult time finding stationary stars with our modern day telescopes. What we thought was a single star turns out to be two or even three stars in orbit around their combined center of gravity. Maybe our Sun isn’t the progressively more rare exception and the Tychos model is right. Our Sun is a moving star too, like most if not all stars are. If the Copernican revolution managed to overcome some of our previous blindness then we can continue to move forward and do it again, unless we are done with human revolutions and choose compliance over true science.

Our Sun’s binary dance with Mars places the Sun on the other side of the Earth every 6 months. Only Venus and Mercury remain with the Sun alone as it moves. The other planets in our Earth system orbit the dual center of gravity called the barycenter, created by the Sun and Mars together. Only Mars is in a binary orbit with the Sun. The two ‘planets’ closest to the Sun are Venus and Mercury, so they orbit the Sun’s singular center of gravity. They are also tidally locked to the Sun, making them moons of the Sun rather than planets. That makes Earth the relatively stationary and unique one with reference to the Sun, in an orderly arrangement suitable to life in the cosmos. God’s creation does focus on and exalt humanity. Even some fallen angels didn’t like this arrangement.

Isaiah 49:3-8

Thomson 3 and said to me, “Thou Israel art my servant, and by thee I shall be glorified.” 4 Whereupon I said, “I have laboured in vain; for vanity and for nought I have spent my strength; therefore my cause is with the Lord; and my labour is before my God.” 5 And now thus saith the Lord who formed me from the womb. To be his servant to gather Jacob to him, and Israel. I shall be gathered and glorified before the Lord. And my God will be my strength. 6 Moreover he said to me, Is it a great thing for thee to be called my servant to reestablish the tribes of Jacob and bring back the dispersion of Israel? Behold I have given thee for the covenant of a race; for the light of nations; that thou mayst be for salvation to the farthest part of the earth. 7 Thus saith the Lord who delivered thee; the God of Israel, “Hallow him who despised his life, him who was abhorred by the nations, the slaves of the Arehons. Kings shall see him and chiefs shall rise up and they shall worship him for the sake of the Lord; because the Holy One of Israel is faithful, therefore I have chosen thee. 8 Thus saith the Lord, “In an acceptable time I have hearkened to thee, and in a day of salvation helped thee; and have formed thee and given thee for the covenant of nations that thou mayst reduce the earth to order and possess desolate heritages,

2 Corinthians 6:2

LITV 2 For He says, “In an acceptable time I heard you, and in a day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the acceptable time! Behold, now is the day of salvation! Isa. 49:8 [both salvation and destruction came to the old covenant world in Adam’s day, become the day of the Lord]

James 1:1-5

CLV 1 James, a slave of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes in the dispersion. Rejoice!” 2 All joy deem it, my brethren, whenever you should be falling into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith is producing endurance. 4 Now let endurance have its perfect work [of full-age], that you may be perfect and unimpaired, lacking in nothing.” 5 Now if anyone of you is lacking wisdom, let him be requesting it from God, Who is giving to all generously and is not reproaching, and it shall be given to him.”

ECB 19 – how that Elohim was in Messiah, reconciling the cosmos to himself – not reckoning their backslidings to them; and places the word of reconciliation in us.

John 3

ECB
THE SPIRIT BIRTH
ETERNAL LIFE
And exactly as Mosheh exalted the serpent in the wilderness, even thus must the Son of humanity be exalted: 15 so that whoever trusts in him destructs not, but has eternal life [life to the age]. 16 For Elohim loved the cosmos thus: that he gave his only birthed Son; that whoever trusts in him destructs not but has eternal life [life to the age]. 17 For Elohim apostolized not his Son into the cosmos to judge the cosmos; but that the cosmos be saved through him.

Life to the age of 1000 was to the full age of Adam and the old covenant nation as they graciously were transitioned into their new creation. In the new creation of humanity, the first born human in heaven never dies and New Jerusalem is never destroyed. Those in the new covenant inherit the eternal life of the firstborn. He took the place of the old man in the death and resurrected Him into this new cosmic order. This new cosmic order is the highest orderly arrangement. The full image of God lives in His people by the breath Jesus sent from Heaven. The Holy Spirit from heaven first arrived on Pentecost as the 12 tribes were gathered to celebrate their natural birth as a nation.

This is a study of types fulfilled. The Jews repeatedly counted to 50 days and 50 years until their old-age consummated. I am not promoting the keeping of sabbaths today, whether they are sabbath years or sabbath days. The first thing I want to point out is that the first day in the 50-day count to Pentecost was the first weekly sabbath after the great sabbath of Unleavened Bread, i.e., First Fruit sabbath, which was the seventh day of the week and the first day of the new creation. It was this second/first sabbath during the feast of Unleavened Bread that was the new creation’s first sabbath. How they counted to 50 days – a thousand times, set the pattern for how they counted to 50 years – twenty times: they both started and culminated on a sabbath.

Luke 6:1

CLV 1 Now it occurred on the second first sabbath…

The Greek word deuteroprotos is used in Luke 6:1 to describe this new creation sabbath. It is the same day found in Matthew 12:1-8, where Jesus associates the first-fruit grain that His disciples were picking and eating with the bread of the presence, eaten only by priests. This weekly sabbath followed the first sabbath, which was Unleavened Bread. It was another first sabbath (second/first) in another count. It was the first weekly sabbath in the count to 50 days.

During the fulfillment of the Feast of Weeks, Jesus was the only one in the new creation, until Pentecost arrived. He proleptically breathed on His Jewish disciples on His resurrection day, indicating the breath of His presence that He would send on Pentecost to all of His elect people of Israel who gathered for that day. They would eat the real bread of His presence on that Pentecost, as the new covenant priests.

The old air had been cleansed before the first fruit from the new grain arrived. The 7-day count of Unleavened Bread always started on the 15th (a high sabbath) and ended on the 21st (another sabbath). They were declared sabbaths regardless of what day of the week they were on. Those two days were special sabbaths. If the 15th was on the 5th day of the week that year then the second/first sabbath was the weekly sabbath 2 days later, which was the 3rd day of Unleavened Bread.

The 3rd day in the grave was resurrection day. After the second day is in the third day. It was the first one of the weekly sabbaths in The Feast of Weeks. Jesus brought His sabbath rest from the old covenant to the new. Jesus was raised by the Holy Spirit out of His old covenant baptism on a weekly sabbath too. By the way, the Hebrew word for week is ‘shavua’ and the Greek word for weeks is ‘ebdomadon’. A week is not ‘sabbaths’. ‘Sabbaths’ plural does not mean ‘week’ singular. The season of the sabbaths contained 8 sabbaths not 8 weeks: 50 not 56 days. The Feast of Weeks is 7 weeks plus the first sabbath day that Jesus supplied as His first day in the new covenant land. Why would He arrive on the first day of the work week after just completing His transition of covenants week, also known as Passion Week? Give me a break!

There were 3 sabbaths in that 7-day period of Unleavened Bread, not 4. First Fruit was the weekly sabbath, not the day after the weekly sabbath. First Fruit was not another any-day-of-the-week sabbath by fiat. It was a weekly sabbath. After Pentecost, the sabbatism that remained for the people of God was the 8th day of Tabernacles in their 20th count to a Jubilee, since Hebrews 4:9 was written after the engagement sabbath of Pentecost. The fulfillment of the 8th day of tabernacles (at 1000 years) was declared the never ending sabbath day regardless of the day of the week it landed on, but it very well could have been a 7th day sabbath that year, just as Jesus’ birthday and His 8th day circumcision could have been.

There are two 3rd days in every week. Even the prophetic creation week of Genesis chapter 1 had two 3rd days for the land: the forming day and the filling day. On day 3 dry land appeared out of the water. On day 6 the new land was filled. Jesus breathed on His disciples and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit”, on the same day that the Holy Spirit raised Him into the new creation. The new covenant land was formed that day but the filling would actually start on Pentecost. Elect Israel joined His 3rd day resurrection 50 days later on another weekly sabbath: the 8th weekly sabbath in the Feast of Weeks. The new creation land was chiastically filled with humans first and then with the animals of Peter’s sheet vision.

Numbers 28:25-26

LITV 25 And on the seventh day you shall have a holy gathering [this is the 7th day of Unleavened Bread]; you shall do no work of service. 26 And in the day of the firstfruits [this is the weekly sabbath and the 1st day in the count to 50], as you offer a new food offering [Unleavened Bread time still] to Jehovah in your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy gathering; you shall do no work of service;

The first sabbath in the 7-day count of the Feast of Unleavened Bread was followed by the first sabbath in the 50-day count of the Feast of Weeks. The second/first sabbath (that year) occurred in the 3rd day of Unleavened Bread week which was the 7th day of the regular week that year, picturing a new covenant land formation as well as a completed and “very good” humanity: from Jesus’ old covenant sabbath to His new covenant sabbath. Every Hebrew week consisted of two 3rd-days before the 7th day: first the forming, then the filling, then the rest. This was not just a typical reformation. It was a reformation of an already complete humanity. The new covenant was made from the already-arrived humanity of Jesus. He was already the very good old covenant land man raised out of the water and approved by the Father on His original 7th day baptism. On the cross He was baptized for the dead in order to reappear for the sake of His old land people, into a new 3rd day land creation, that was even more spiritual.

He reappeared in the new creation land on the first sabbath day in their annual count to 50. The human creation was already fully formed and resting in Christ. His people awaited His new covenant baptism (breath of life) to lift them higher with even more grace. The old leaven was removed from the formation until the new raising agent arrived in the air. On day 50, the Barley malt was ready to make the wheat bread rise. Unlike the (imposed by law) bookend sabbaths of the 7 days of unleavened bread, FirstFruit was the weekly old creation sabbath that became an 8th-day new creation sabbath.

The 7 days of Unleavened Bread came after the Jews removed the old leaven from the old creation nation. Out from that rebirth ‘week’ of Unleavened Bread, that started with burying Jesus as the old leaven, a new creation leaven emerged on the 3rd day. Paul says to the Corinthians that they are the unleavened dough (1 Corinthians 5:7-8). This is true because Christ, the Passover lamb, was sacrificed on the cross to put away their old leaven too. The old leaven had already been removed from the made new covenant they were joining. The Corinthians joined the same new covenant that started on First Fruit and went corporate on Pentecost. Paul is urging the Corinthians to live up to what they already are: the forgiven and cleansed people of Christ.

Pentecost induced the fulfillment of the new leaven to the new creation nation. To practice typical Unleavened Bread today (sweep your house clean before the 15th) would imply a removal of the actual Holy Spirit indwelling for something even better. Really? A picture is worth a thousand words. Once you get the big picture you can try to describe it’s nuances forever.

The Passover (sacrifice day) was not declared a sabbath. Everybody cleaned their houses, killed their lambs and cooked their meals on the 14th of Nisan. Jesus was removed from the cross and buried on the 14th, before the first sabbath day in the count to the seven days of Unleavened Bread arrived. The memorial of the actual midnight passing over was declared a sabbath day. The actual passing over of the firstborn was on the night of the 15th, which became the first day of Unleavened Bread. The declared sabbath of the first day of Unleavened Bread led to the weekly sabbath of First Fruit Barley, which was on the 3rd day of Unleavened Bread that year. It was this second/first sabbath that constituted the reformation of the unleavened creation, with the one risen man (resurrected firstborn) in the newly cleansed land. The count to the 50 days of the Feast of Weeks commenced on the sabbath day of First Fruit.

First Fruit was always on a weekly sabbath, not a high sabbath like Unleavened Bread, so the count to seven naturally started again the next day. They counted to seven, seven times. The FirstFruit sabbath was added to the count on the 49th day, which was the seventh sabbath. The FirstFruit barley malt was added to the FirstFruit wheat harvest to make the bread rise. Jesus’ resurrection represented the never ending 7th day, hence it was first and last, after they counted to seven, seven times. He accomplished their resurrection with His new leaven. Jesus also telosed their second 490 years in the land, at the end of their counting, not at the beginning.

Leviticus 23:15-16

YLT 15 `And ye have numbered to you from the morrow [morning] of the sabbath, from the day of your bringing in the sheaf of the wave-offering: they are seven perfect sabbaths; 16 unto the morrow [morning] of the seventh sabbath ye do number fifty days, and ye have brought near a new present to Jehovah;

First Fruit to Pentecost re-presented the 3rd day new land creation to the filling of the new land. People were transitioning from the 6th day formation of humanity to the 7th day of rest in Christ. After God declared His creation very good He rested. Jesus completed His very good last work week as Adam and was raised as the new man into the new land. He was already sabbatized at His first baptism. After His second baptism He was was raised as the second firstborn of humanity, but He was not alone. He died alone as the old man on the tree, but as the new creation juxtaposed the old, it was not good for the widow to remain alone. In fact the widowed nation who claimed to still be married to God as His old land people went to their second death in denial.

Jesus took His realized humanity to a 1st day, 3rd day, 6th day, 7th day, 8th day, reformation. So He could fill the new land with His new-breath of humanity. Old humanity was released from the side of Himself while He was in a mid-week ’deep sleep’ as eschatos Adam. He exhaled His last old covenant air and then He was buried as the dead old man right before the first day of unleavened bread arrived. Jesus unleavened the old covenant body. The mother of all humanity was made into a typical widow in the flesh when full humanity took Adam’s place in spiritual and physical death. Exhaled is ex-spirited, but Jesus’ spirit didn’t die as it left His dead body. Symbolically, His Holy Spirit power to light the typical land was cut off for 3 hours before He left the dead old covenant body on the tree.

Israel was set free to remarry God in the reborn humanity of the New Jerusalem or left to die in denial as the mother of all harlots. Jesus came to divide Jerusalem into two bodies: resurrected believers and dead unbelievers. Those stuck in the death of old Jerusalem were held accountable for all the martyrs all the way back to Able. AD 70 Jerusalem was the woman intoxicated with the blood of the saints. She tried to keep the old leaven. She was destroyed in her second death after the consummation of her age.

A humorous aside about modern story-telling: namely the movie Twilight and it’s accompanying song A Thousand Years. The woman intoxicated with the blood of the saints doesn’t leave the grave at nightfall like a vampire corpse who hates the light. The wooden stake of the cross that was driven into her heart of death ended in their destruction after the 1000 years consummation. Time didn’t stand still for another 1000 years or 2 or 3. The time left for the full number of martyrs was “a little time” and “about to be”. The cult of confusion didn’t rule-in their 1000-year Day in the dark. Thee eschatos Adam sacrificed His Holy-Spirit-joined old covenant humanity so His people could rule in the age of 1000 with Him in the full light of His never ending Day.

Revelation 6:9-11

CLV 9 And when It opens the fifth seal, I perceived underneath the altar the souls of those who have been slain because of the word of God and because of the testimony which they had.” 10 And they cry with a loud voice, saying, “Till when, O Owner, holy and true, art Thou not judging and avenging our blood on those dwelling on the earth [land]? 11 And to each of them was given a white robe, and it was declared to them that they should be resting still a little time, till their number should be completed by their fellow slaves also, and their brethren, who are about to be killed even as they were.”

The new creation was not ex nihilo. It came to the unleavened old creation. Jesus was raised by the Holy Spirit as the new firstborn human. He was fully realized and ready to engage His widowed nation on the 8th sabbath of the new creation, no longer in the flesh (circumcision), which was on the 50th day. God’s people were celebrating the typical covenant of their nation when they were born again with a new breath from heaven. Their stone heart was replaced by the heart of Christ. Their new covenant filling arrived in the air on Pentecost. This antitypical filling was not in the same realm as usual. The Holy Spirit fulfilled the symbolism of the barley yeast that had annually arrived invisibly in the air, because the new covenant breath of humanity was sent by the new covenant first-born who lives in the realm of heaven itself. Eden and Jerusalem on earth were types of heaven in the flesh realm. The real heaven is the real heaven in the spirit realm.

Romans 7:1-10,14

YLT 1 Are ye ignorant, brethren—for to those knowing law I speak—that the law hath lordship over the man as long as he liveth? 2 for the married woman to the living husband hath been bound by law, and if the husband may die, she hath been free from the law of the husband; 3 so, then, the husband being alive, an adulteress she shall be called if she may become another man’s; and if the husband may die, she is free from the law, so as not to be an adulteress, having become another man’s. 4 So that, my brethren, ye also were [likewise widowed] made dead to the law through the body of the Christ, for your becoming another’s [the Jews were widowed from the law of the old covenant husbandman to marry Christ], who out of the dead was raised up, that we might bear fruit to God; 5 for when we were in the flesh, the passions of the sins, that are through the law, were working in our members, to bear fruit to the death; 6 and now we have ceased from the law, that being dead in which we were held, so that we may serve in newness of spirit, and not in oldness of letter. 7 What, then, shall we say? the law is sin? let it not be! but the sin I did not know except through law, for also the covetousness I had not known if the law had not said: 8 `Thou shalt not covet;’ and the sin having received an opportunity, through the command, did work in me all covetousness—for apart from law sin is dead. 9 And I was alive apart from law once, and the command having come, the sin revived, and I died; 10 and the command that is for life, this was found by me for death;

Paul from the tribe of Benjamin knew that the law was spiritual, but the Jews in the flesh were not spiritual until they believed in Christ and ceased from the law of Moses’ covenant under first born Adam. They entered the law of Christ covenant, with Him as the new first born human. Gentiles were never in the law of Moses covenant, but Jewish Jesus was. He took Adam’s place to save His brethren from missing the life in the millennium that was about to be fulfilled.

The one sin that individually sold them out was the sin of Adam: the sin of the death on the tree. There is no sin of death in the new covenant. The new firstborn can no longer die. Obviously one can still do wrong and cause their own physical death. One can still get martyred for doing right too. I’m talking about breaking covenant and not living to the age as Adam or Israel. Jesus took Adam’s covenant breaking place of death on the tree and overcame it.

Nationally, the sin of death was for not keeping the sabbath. The 70 missing years were finally fulfilled by Christ before the second land death, which this time around was accomplished in 70 AD. Jesus’ 70 years fulfillment, to the age of life, for believers, may have been 3.5 years prior to the 70 AD destruction, since Jesus was born about 3.5 BC. “To the age” of 1000 is now past: dead or alive: second death or eternal life: old covenant or new covenant body: law of Moses or law of Christ: flesh or Spirit: natural or spiritual: soilish body or heavenly body: Adamic or Christian. The old covenant age transitioned at 1000 years.

14 for we have known that the law is spiritual, and I am fleshly, sold by the sin;

Romans 8

CLV 1 Nothing, consequently, is now condemnation to those in Christ Jesus. Not according to flesh are they walking, but according to spirit, 2 for the spirit’s law of life in Christ Jesus frees you from the law of sin and death. 3 For what was impossible to the law, in which it was infirm through the flesh, did God, sending His own Son in the likeness of sin’s flesh and concerning sin, He condemns sin in the flesh, 4 that the just requirement of the law may be fulfilled in us, who are not walking in accord with flesh, but in accord with spirit.” 5 For those who are in accord with flesh are disposed to that which is of the flesh, yet those who are in accord with spirit to that which is of the spirit.” 6 For the disposition of the flesh is death, yet the disposition of the spirit is life and peace, 7 because the disposition of the flesh is enmity to God, for it is not subject to the law of God, for neither is it able.” 8 Now those who are in flesh are not able to please God. 9 Yet you are not in flesh, but in spirit, if so be that God’s spirit is making its home in you. Now if anyone has not Christ’s spirit, this one is not His.” 10 Now if Christ is in you, the body, indeed, is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is life because of righteousness.” 11 Now if the spirit of Him Who rouses Jesus from among the dead is making its home in you, He Who rouses Christ Jesus from among the dead will also be vivifying your mortal bodies because of His spirit making its home in you.” 12 Consequently, then, brethren, debtors are we, not to the flesh, to be living in accord with flesh, 13 for if you are living in accord with flesh, you are about to be dying [the second death or the millennial death]. Yet if, in spirit, you are putting the practices of the body to death, you will be living [to the age]14 For whoever are being led by God’s spirit, these are sons of God.” 15 For you did not get slavery’s spirit to fear again, but you got the spirit of sonship [the new covenant breath of humanity], in which we are crying, “Abba, Father!” 16 The spirit itself is testifying together with our spirit that we are children of God17 Yet if children, enjoyers also of an allotment, enjoyers, indeed, of an allotment from God, yet joint enjoyers of Christ’s allotment [the new Jerusalem in the spirit realm], if so be that we are suffering together, that we should be glorified together also.” 18 For I am reckoning that the sufferings of the current era do not deserve the glory about to be revealed for us19 For the premonition of the creation is awaiting the unveiling of the sons of God20 For to vanity was the creation subjected, not voluntarily, but because of Him Who subjects it, in expectation” 21 that the creation itself, also, shall be freed from the slavery of corruption into the glorious freedom of the children of God.” 22 For we are aware that the entire creation is groaning and travailing together until now. 23 Yet not only so, but we ourselves also, who have the firstfruit of the spirit, we ourselves also, are groaning in ourselves, awaiting the sonship, the deliverance of our body.” 24 For to expectation were we saved. Now expectation, being observed, is not expectation, for what anyone is observing, why is he expecting it also? 25 Now, if we are expecting what we are not observing, we are awaiting it with endurance.” 26 Now, similarly, the spirit also is aiding our infirmity, for what we should be praying for, to accord with what must be, we are not aware, but the spirit itself is pleading for us with inarticulate groanings.” 27 Now He Who is searching the hearts is aware what is the disposition of the spirit, for in accord with God is it pleading for the saints.” 28 Now we are aware that God is working all together for the good of those who are loving God, who are called according to the purpose” 29 that, whom He foreknew, He designates beforehand, also, to be conformed to the image of His Son, for Him to be Firstborn among many brethren.” 30 Now whom He designates beforehand, these He calls also, and whom He calls, these He justifies also; now whom He justifies, these He glorifies also.” 31 What then, shall we declare to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? 32 Surely, He Who spares not His own Son, but gives Him up for us all, how shall He not, together with Him, also, be graciously granting us all? 33 Who will be indicting God’s chosen ones? God, the Justifier? 34 Who is the Condemner? Christ Jesus, the One dying, yet rather being roused, Who is also at God’s right hand, Who is pleading also for our sakes? 35 What shall be separating us from the love of God in Christ Jesus? Affliction, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?  36 According as it is written that “On Thy account we are being put to death the whole day, We are reckoned as sheep for slaughter.” 37 Nay! in all these we are more than conquering through Him Who loves us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor messengers, nor sovereignties, nor the present, nor what is impending, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus, our Lord.”

Eden was only a type of heaven that was prepared for flesh and blood to rule from. But only Jesus ruled over all creation in flesh and blood. Adam as first born son was supposed to keep the land, rule over the animals and rule in the day. But the animals and the day over-ruled Adam and he lost access to the land. First Adam let the serpent (animal) over-rule him in the garden and was expelled, lest he eat of the typical tree of life and live to consummate the age of 1000 in his spiritually dead condition. He died in the day he ate. He would have typically reached 1000 years old still in his thousand-year day of death. Instead, Adam was put on hold in first death at the unripe old age of 930. He died within the day he ate: both the 24 hour day and the 1000 year day.

Thee eschaton Adam over-ruled the devil as He faced His death in the wilderness of the wild animals. He re-entered Jerusalem and preached in the power of the Holy Spirit to rule over all creation for half of the last week of Daniel’s 70 weeks. He was cut off by death in the middle of the last week (on the cross) to transition to a new covenant creation for the filling. He struggled to accept His/Adam’s death in the Garden of Gethsemane. After He passed the most grievous test and actually died on the cross, He resumed His preaching in the power of the Holy Spirit. He would literaturally fill the new land chiastically, with Jews first and then Gentiles. The Genesis chapter one creation account filled the land with the animals first and then the humans. Jesus gave typical Jerusalem 3.5 final years of peace with Rome before He destroyed them with Rome in AD 70. The gap between the first half of the last week of Daniel and the second half of the last week of the 70 weeks was God’s grace period, while the Lord of the sabbath supplied His 70 years to the age and filled the wedding hall, inviting Jews first and then Gentiles.

1 Peter 3:18-20 – to the chosen in the diaspora

CLV 18 seeing that Christ also, for our sakes, once died concerning sins, the just for the sake of the unjust, that He may be leading us to God; being put to death, indeed, in flesh, yet vivified in spirit, 19 in which, being gone to the spirits in jail also, 20 He heralds to those once stubborn, when the patience of God awaited in the days of Noah while the ark was being constructed, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were brought safely through water,

2 Peter 3:8-11

YLT 8 And this one thing let not be unobserved by you, beloved, that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day; 9 the Lord is not slow in regard to the promise, as certain count slowness, but is long-suffering to us, not counseling any to be lost but all to pass on to reformation, 10 and it will come—the day of the Lord—as a thief in the night, in which the heavens with a rushing noise will pass away, and the elements with burning heat be dissolved, and earth and the works in it shall be burnt up. 11 All these, then, being dissolved, what kind of persons doth it behove you to be in holy behaviors and pious acts?

The Day of the Lord was the salvation that was about to be inherited.

Hebrews 1:10-14

YLT 10 and, `Thou, at the beginning, Lord, the earth didst found, and a work of thy hands are the heavens; 11 these shall perish, and Thou dost remain, and all, as a garment, shall become old, 12 and as a mantle Thou shall roll them together, and they shall be changed, and Thou art the same, and Thy years shall not fail.’ 13 And unto which of the messengers said He ever, `Sit at My right hand, till I may make thine enemies thy footstool?’ 14 are they not all spirits of service—for ministration being sent forth because of those about to inherit salvation?

First Adam did not rule in the 1000-year sabbath, because he ate the forbidden food and died before he ruled in the day. Thee eschaton Adam allowed His people to pick and eat the food that the Pharisees said was forbidden on the sabbath because as eschatos Adam He had already ruled in the sabbath at His first baptism. Jesus fulfilled 6th day humanity and remained Master of all creation, even the days of creation. He humbled Himself and became a human in order to fulfill 6th day humanity as Adam and rule-in the 7th day.

David was a type of Christ (Lord of the sabbath). He allowed his people to eat the forbidden sabbath bread of the priests. The priests divided 12 wheat loaves on the table every sabbath in 2 rows of 6, representing the covenant God cut with the 12 tribes. On Pentecost, two loaves were set out, because that sabbath was made for humanity to rule-in a new covenant for both Jews and Gentiles. The Holy Spirit presence of Jesus’ sabbath day baptism was first sent to the Jews on their sabbath day baptism on Pentecost. Two loaves of wheat bread were baked with the Barley yeast derived from the Firstfruit. They were set out on the table at Pentecost, publicly displaying God’s predetermined purpose: one loaf for the Jews and one loaf for the nations. Both Jews and Gentiles would receive the Holy Spirit and become one risen body with Christ: Jew and Gentile alike would enter the body after being raised. (Ephesians 4:4-6) Very Jewish Peter represented that one body of Christ when he was told to bring the ‘unclean’ animals into that body. Gentiles were pre-sanctified by the diaspora and finally cleansed by the Holy Spirit.

Luke 6:3-5

JuliaSmith 3 And having answered to them, Jesus said, Have ye not read this, which David did when he hungered, and they being with him; 4 How he went into the house of God, and took the loaves of the setting before, and ate, and gave also to those with him; which is not lawful to eat, except for priests alone? 5 And he said to them, The Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

And secondly, I also want to prove that the first year in the first 50-year count to a Jubilee began with the second half of the first year in the land. The first sabbatical year started in the 7th month in the land, after the battles of Jericho and Ai, when Joshua read the law to everyone. The second 6 months of the first year of rest came from Mosaic year two in the land. The first year of marriage to the typical land was taken off. Nobody went to war. The marriage sabbatical started in the Fall when they reread God’s Summer proposal to make them into a great nation. The first sabbatical was from the 7th month of year one in the land to the 7th month of year two in the land.

Both counts to 50 started and consummated on a sabbath. God made the sabbath for humanity and all they had to do was trust Him to covenantally fulfill it. The old covenant to the new covenant was glory to glory because the Lord of the Sabbath made the renewal transition happen – 2 Corinthians 3:18. He alone accomplished full 6th day humanity in the old and took His fulfillment to the new, so His people could marry up with a new and living first-born human, prior to their failed millennium. Proof of His singular fulfillment of humanity was his 7th day baptism.

He had another singular baptism to undergo. During His last work week in the old covenant He alone rescued His people from their DOA millennium. He put the old man to death on the cross (baptism) and raised His sabbatized humanity to the new covenant, so His people could join Him in the living arrival of the thousand year sabbatical. The second 490 (70 weeks) would inevitably usher in the 20th Jubilee; dead or alive. 20 x 50 = 1000 years of humanity in the land. The millennium of Jesus reigned in life-to-the-age while the first death reigned-in the second death. God’s people reigned with Him to fulfill the age of 1000. They reigned in the millennium alive.

The first death was not the death of Able. It was the death of Adam. Adam’s DOA millennium was put on hold until Jesus rescued His people from the first death of Adam. Second death was the millennium of Adam fulfilled without Christ. It was destruction. The 70 years of Jesus completed the adamic 930 under a new firstborn and made up for the nation’s second 70 weeks of not keeping sabbaths. The first death of God’s firstborn nation was by Babylon. The second land expulsion was by Rome. Jesus chose to die the first death to take the place of the first born. There is no redemption from the second death. He was the Passover Lamb as well as the eschatos Adam. The nation’s first death came after neglecting 490 years of sabbaths, which is implied by the 70 years God required to make up for what they missed. They missed their Jubilee sabbath renewal 10 times. They were expelled from the land for not trusting in 70 sabbath years of covenant renewals.

Exodus 4:22

CLV 22 So you will say to Pharaoh: Thus says Yahweh, My son, My firstborn, is Israel.

The changeover from Noah’s calendar to the calendar under the law of Moses was reenacted every 7th year as a reminder of the gratuitous sabbath year of salvation for the people of God. According to Moses, the beginning of the year changed from Tishri to Nisan at the creation of the nation Israel. Israel’s sabbatical year was a revisit to that national creation event. Sabbaticals started the year in the 7th month (which was a Noah year). The old creation calendar year segued repeatedly into the new-creation calendar-year every 7th year, by faith in God’s grace, according to the law of Moses. The land needed a renewal after every 6 years of work (the very first land sabbatical was after only 6 months of work). God granted a triple crop if they trusted in His goodness and ability. God even gave them the promised land fully loaded.

The first thing they did, after 6 months into the sabbatical, was to begin the count to 7 again, while they rested for the second 6 months. They already rested through Fall and Winter. Now they rested through the Spring and Summer, which was agriculturally the hardest working part of the year. Even more rest and blessings came with the start of the new-creation calendar-year.

Old calendar sabbatical year to new calendar sabbatical year was a transition-renewal of the land of Israel by trust. The sacrificial year was cut down the middle and separated to re-establish the productivity of the land by faith. Every 7th year on the calendar of Moses the land was put to rest for a year, starting with the 7th month, which was Tishri. The old creation calendar year segued repeatedly into the new-creation calendar-year every 7th year, by faith and grace, according to the law of Moses. The sabbaticals always started after the 6 years and after the 6 months of hard Spring and Summer work, in order to become a more fruitful creation by belief. The next Spring and Summer were supernaturally blessed by God’s work as they continued to rest. They were supposed to enjoy their recreation year.

After 6 months of stumbling hard work in the land, Joshua assembled the people and read the law to everyone to reestablish their belief. The first year in the land was to be a sabbatical, but it didn’t start until the 7th month when the law of Moses was vocalized again. Thus began the transition overlap, from 6 months put to rest from the old creation calendar year (fall and winter) to 6 months put to rest from the new creation sabbath year (Spring and Summer). In retrospect, the new covenant humanity was a promise fulfilled by the faith of Christ as they transitioned from the old.

Typically, the old calendar birth year began to transition into the new creation birth year in the 7th month. A sabbath to sabbath new creation is also represented in the typical 8th day circumcision. The marriage itself was consummated in the 7th month according to the new calendar. The 7 feasts were put to rest on the the 8th day of tabernacles. Tabernacles started and ended with a sabbath. Sabbath to Sabbath is a prevailing motif of both re-creation and consummation.

The 7th day of Genesis creation is presented as the never ending day of God, hence it is the never-ending sabbath that remained for the people of God. Even the first year of a Hebrew marriage was supposed to be a year without war, according to Deuteronomy 24:5. The husband stayed home for a whole year and made his wife happy. No fighting during the honeymoon sabbatical. After that year of rest the man was ready to go to work. Hopefully their golden anniversary would be a reminder of that first year of marriage.

Revelation 2:11

How To Count To 50 Years –  Starting fresh means the first initially uncounted-to sabbath year gets counted. They were supposed to recount the first year in the land at every seventh sabbatical; 49 becomes 50 in the seventh month. They had a reset button. Typical Jubilee reached a failed fulfillment at their old covenant millennial sabbatical. After their second 490 failed years in the land, typical Jerusalem was destroyed again for not keeping sabbath. They suffered their second old covenant death in 70 AD. This time there was no promise of re-entry after 70 years. Typical Jerusalem remained typical and rejected the Lord of the sabbath. Born again Jerusalem spiritually joined Him: “in the air” after the kingdom arrived and spread like leaven.

20 Jubilees adds up to 1000 by recounting the first year 20 times. 490 + 490 + 20 = 1000. Jesus came to save His people from their second old covenant death. With Jesus’ 70 years, even Adam’s 930 years were fulfilled to the age of 1000. With Jesus as first born there is no more covenant death. He put 6th day humanity to His sabbath rest. Until the marriage, their remained a sabbatism for the people of God. His spiritual marriage to His people is the never-ending sabbatical fulfillment in the non-typical realm. Covenant life is no longer terminated due to failed works or failure to rest and renew. Life in the new covenant never ends. “To the age” is past. We are now in the new covenant age forever. Jesus overcame the death of the firstborn for His people and they arrived “to the age” alive with Him.

Hebrews 4:9-11 [To the Hebrews: The People of God]

YLT 9 there doth remain, then, a sabbatic rest to the people of God, 10 for he [He] who did enter into his [His] rest, he [He] also rested from his [His] works, as God from His own. 11 May we be diligent, then, to enter into that rest, that no one in the same example of the unbelief may fall,

A Short Summary-

When you enter the land have a sabbath year. Then work 6 years. Then have a sabbath on the 7th year. Now count 7 weeks of years to the 49th year. This is actually the 50th year in the land. The 7th month of that 50th year starts the eighth sabbath year. Proclaim a jubilee. Every 50th year toward the age of 1000 they were offered a big and gracious re-start. The new creation rehearsals were typically missed 20 times prior to the end of the rehearsing, which was life to the age or the second death to the nation of types. Jesus came to save His people from that destruction. Rehearsals for salvation by faith ended when permanent salvation by belief actually arrived.

Leviticus 25:1-10 Interlinear Translation – And Yahweh spoke to Moses, on mount Sinai, saying, Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, “When you come into the land which I am giving to you then the land will rest for a sabbath to Yahweh. Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard and gather her increase. The seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest for the land; a sabbath to Yahweh. Your field you will not sow and your vineyard you will not prune. The self-seeded growth of your harvest you will not reap and the grapes of your privatized vines you will not gather. A year of rest it is to the land. And the sabbath of the land will provide food to you and to your male servant and to your female servant and to your hired hand and to your guests who are living with you; and to your beast and to the animal which is in your land. All her increase is for their food. And you will count seven sabbaths of years, seven years seven times, and the days of the seven sabbaths of years will come to be forty-nine years. And then you will blast a trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month. In the day of the atonements you will sound a trumpet through all your land and you will honor the fiftieth year and you will proclaim freedom in the land to all its inhabitants. A jubilee it is to you and every man will return to his property and to his family”.

The common error of not seeing that the sabbath year started after only 6 months in the land, results in two sabbath years back to back, on the 49th and 50th year. The second century BC book of Jubilees everywhere assumes a 49 year cycle, which keeps the Jubilees in phase with the sabbath years. Also, the 490 years of Daniel are represented as ten Jubilee cycles. The 49th year simply included the first (uncounted to) sabbath year in the land, bringing them to the 50th year, by the gift of the original sabbatical in the pre-cultivated land.

Jubilee reverts to the typical never-ending grace year; when they entered a fully functional land already prepared for a people. Hence the first sabbath year in the land is perpetually carried forward and re-enacted in every 49th year. The Mosaic year is sacrificially cut in half to renew the covenant creation like God did for Noah. Starting over means the first fully-loaded year gets re-used in every count to 50. But it takes faith to stop working and find rest in God’s covenant promises.

This was to be their economic reset button. Debt was limited, interest banned and every tribe had a secure plot of land. At least that was Yahweh’s plan for them. What actually took place is a different story. Their 70-year exile was for not keeping the sabbaths for 490 of their years in the land. Jeremiah 29:10 doesn’t say “after” 70 years they will return to the land. It says when 70 years are accomplished, fulfilled, satisfied, or completed. “After” 70 years could be untold thousands of years.

As the antitypical fulfillment of the 70 years, their messiah came to save them from their second failed 490 years in the land with His 70-years fulfillment. He took the place of their dead firstborn and by His resurrection brought them to the age alive, when His 70 years were accomplished. This final redemption from their second death was after a second 490 years of sabbath failures. It was to a new creation ‘land’ made in heaven for His people. The angel Gabriel tells Daniel that the second 490 years began with the issuing of the decree to rebuild the city of Jerusalem, which was destroyed the first time after Babylon conquered Judah. Jesus came to save His people from their second destruction, which came by the Romans, 490 years after re-entering the typical Jerusalem.

John 3:16

ECB16 For Elohim loved the cosmos thus: that he gave his only birthed Son; that whoever trusts in him destructs not but has eternal life [“Life to the age” was promised by Jesus to the Jews in the land who trusted Him].

Jeremiah 29:10 – The typical completion of 70 missed years produced another typical Jerusalem for another 490 years. Jesus’ 70 years was the atypical completion that resulted in an eternal heavenly Jerusalem.

ECB 10 For thus says Yah Veh: According to my mouth, when seventy years are fulfilled at Babel, I visit you and raise my good word toward you and return you to to this place.

A Strong Foundation Leads To A 50 year Anniversary
Setting aside the first year of marriage is actually a biblical standard from Deuteronomy 24:5, “If a man has recently married, he must not be sent to war or have any other duty laid on him. For one year he is to be free to stay at home and bring happiness to the wife he has married.” Most wives would love the idea of their husbands devoting a whole honeymoon year to their happiness! If the man was married in the 7th month then his year of marital celebration would be from Tishri to Tishri, but the first month of the new creation calendar year is still Nisan. The first month of his marriage year is Tishri. His resurrection and then His engagement to her was the beginning of their new covenant.

In the 14th year of exile (not after), Ezekiel had a vision of an all encompassing temple. Some say it was either on Nisan 10 or Tishri 10. Nisan 10 is the same day of the year that Joshua led the people across the Jordan. Tishri 10 was the day of atonement. Ezekiel just says it was on the 10th day of the first month. But Moses was told that the first month was Nisan not Tishri. Nisan was in the Spring and Tishri was in the Fall.

The typical promised-land entry with Joshua started in the Spring on Nisan 10th and was actually 6 months prior to the Fall sabbatical. The fall sabbatical was announced on Tishri 10. Joshua married them to the land in the Fall by reading the vows they had already agreed to 40 years earlier at Sinai. Only two people were still alive to re-hear it and read it. Moses was not one of them.

The 10th of Nisan is the same day Jesus (Joshua) entered Jerusalem for His last old covenant work-week of redeeming the firstborn nation from their wilderness death. 50 days after the resurrection of the first born, the good news of the re-creation was engaged by the elect from the whole diaspora nation of Israel, on Pentecost.

The two faithful witnesses (John and Jesus) had already died in the reversal of the original curse on the nation. John came out of the wilderness to announce the fulfillment Joshua who came out of heaven. Jesus came out of the wilderness after His 40 days of testing. Jesus would take them into His spiritual promised land by His Holy Spirit re-birth before meeting them in that realm for the Fall marriage.

The new-man creation (typically Moses who replaced the slave master Pharaoh) was in the Spring release from the old man of ‘Egypt’. The proposal was in the Summer at Sinai. The marriage was in the Fall at Tabernacles. Typically, the whole nation was put to death for 40 years and only Joshua and Caleb lived to enter the land. In the fulfillment, the curse of the death of Israel in the wilderness was changed to life, for the new covenant 40-year transition. The good news of the resurrection (to the already-dead body) was a more promising marriage proposal than the one they originally agreed to at Sinai.

The seventh month is Tishri

Leviticus 23 clearly lists the 7 festivals as starting in the 1st month and ending in the 7th month. Today the 7th month is considered the beginning of the “Jewish” year. The current definition of the self-proclaimed “Jewish” calendar is generally said to have been set down by the Sanhedrin president Hillel II in approximately AD 359 of the new creation era. The new creation era obviously started with the resurrection of Jesus in the spring. And even typically, Moses was specifically told by Yahweh to count the first month in the Spring not the Fall. The Jubilee year was proclaimed when they arrived at the 7th month on the calendar. If Jubilee lasted a whole year then it ended at the start of the next 7th month. A Jubilee year was from Tishri to Tishri. 7th month to 7th month was an overlapping transition year that renewed the land by faith and grace. 7 to7 symbolizes rest to rest by faith. 1 to 1 symbolizes work to work, rather than fully loaded grace to fully loaded grace.

Nisan shall be the first month of the year

Exodus 12:1-3

CLV 1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying. 2 This month shall be for you the beginning of months. It shall be the first for you of the months of the year. 3 Speak to the whole congregation of the sons of Israel, saying: On the tenth of this month they shall take for themselves, each man a flockling according to the their fathers’ house, a flockling for each household.

Ezekiel 40:1

THE HOUSE IS MEASURED [Nisan is called “the beginning of the year”. Tishri is called the 7th month of the year. Even though Tishri marks the beginning of a Jubilee year, it is not the beginning of the new creation year.]
ECB 1  In the twenty-fifth year of our exile, in the beginning of the yearin the tenth of the month, in the fourteenth year after [they do have a word for “after” when they want to use it] the city is smitten, in this selfsame day, and the hand of Yah Veh being on me, brings me there

The day of atonement was on the 10th day of Tishri. After 6 months of stumbling work they deserved death again. That is when God overlooked their newly acquired sin debt and allowed them to remain in the covenant land yet another year. But the sacrificial lamb was chosen on the 10th day of Nisan. That is when God redeemed them from the death of the first born and started the new creation nation. Jesus entered the old land of Jerusalem on the 10th of Nisan to spiritually redeem them from the death of the first born. The fulfillment redemption of the firstborn is the new creation nation that we more often refer to as the new covenant or the New Jerusalem.

Jesus entered the old land on the 10th of Nisan for his last work week in the old covenant. His mid-week crucifixion resulted in His new covenant sabbath-resurrection. His old covenant work was done. Jesus entered the new covenant land on a sabbath as the complete human, still in the first month of the year. It was the 8th day after entering typical Jerusalem that He entered the new creation covenant. The fulfillment Joshua was no longer in the flesh covenant.

He would engage His bride with the Holy Spirit of promise 50 days later on Sinai memorial day. The promise sent from His Father’s house was a gift sent to prepare His bride for the place being prepared in heaven. After receiving the promised Holy Spirit of promise, God’s covenant people were no longer in the flesh, Romans 8:9. They were a new covenant creation. 2 Corinthians 5:17. Jesus would meet His newly covenanted people in the air (spirit realm) for the final Jubilee fulfilment. 2 Corinthians 5:16. The fulfillment of Tabernacles was not in the Tabernacles that was typically celebrated on the old covenant land. It is the new Jerusalem that Jesus went to prepare, in the spirit realm of heaven. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17. He would meet them there in the air to fulfill the 7th feast, just as the Holy Spirit met them in the air to fulfill the 3rd feast.

Flesh and blood did not inherit the kingdom. 1 Corinthians 15:50-51John 3:3. The final jubilee did not start a new creation. It was a 7th month fulfillment of the new creation that had started in the first month, when Jesus was resurrected. That is why Jubilee is not the beginning of the new creation calendar year. It was the 7th month that consummated the new creation and put types to rest with the final never-ending Jubilee. The types were put to rest by the antitype humanity.

Old Jerusalem needed a new breath of life. It needed to be spiritually reborn into a new and better realm, but in order to gratuitously send the Holy Spirit, the only begotten would take the place of the firstborn in his/His death. The first born was covenantally killed and reborn; born out from the old covenant land. Jesus died as eschaton Adam. Jesus is the new and living firstborn rather than the dying and now dead firstborn. The resurrected firstborn would bring His people into the His new creation proposal in the 3rd month of the year on Pentecost and then finally into His never-ending 1000 year Jubilee in the 7th month.

The physical temple on land was a copy of the real temple in the heavenly realm. Now, even the true Jerusalem is in the spiritual realm in heaven and no longer on the physical land. The new covenant church is not bound by or defined by physical location. The body of Christ, unlike the corporate body of Adam that was on hold in Hades, is in heaven and on earth. It is in all nations. The new Jerusalem is pictured as a cube shaped all encompassing temple, so all God’s people can daily live in His presence as the priesthood of believers.

The new covenant house of God was built in the spirit realm of heaven. At the fulfillment of tabernacles Jerusalem extended to earth in the spirit realm. Jesus met His people in the air there. On the gates are written the names of the 12 tribes because they pre-evangelized and then evangelized the nations in their diaspora. On the foundation stones are written the names of the 12 apostles of the Lamb because they laid the foundation of this new creation by way of the first century resurrection.

1 Peter 1:1

The 1st month out of Egypt and the 1st month in the land was the 1st month of the year. The 7th month of the year is not the 1st month. They started the Jubilee year in the 7th month of the year because it represented the wedding of the nation to the land. The wedding is not the beginning of the nation. 1 is the beginning of the creation. 7 is the wedding of the nation in the already prepared place.

Joshua 4:19

YLT 19 And the people have come up out of the Jordan on the tenth of the first month, and encamp in Gilgal, in the extremity east of Jericho; [Jesus waited 10 days after His arrival in heaven to bring His people into the new covenant land].

The year of Jubilee actually began in the seventh month. The Jubilee was announced on the 10th day of Tishri, but the festivals were not put to rest until the 22nd day. On the 15th of Tishri the 7-day feast of tabernacles began. All 7 feasts were put to rest on the eighth day of Tabernacles. This time of rest could only commence after the land had been cleansed and the law of the land had taken hold. Unleavened bread was a 7-day cleansing: Nisan 15-21. Tabernacles was an 8-day consummation: Tishri 15-22. Jesus was the new creation leaven that arrived in the air by the Holy Spirit on Pentecost and by Himself on the 8th day of Tabernacles.

Every 50 years was supposed to be a remarriage to the land: a reset or renewal, after the work of the Spring and Summer of that year. The year was cut in half and sacrificed. The sabbatical year consisted of the second half of the 7th year and the first half of the 1st year in the next count to 7. The two halves of the transition sacrifice are clearly seen by being separated.

Jesus came to cause the covenantal renewal and the division. The renewed covenant creation was clearly not ex nihilo. The new covenant martyrs were born out from the old. In reverse order, the fulness of the new covenant martyrs came before the old covenant was finally sacrificed. The unfaithful refused to rest in Christ in the transition. They worked to the never-ending sabbath day in their flesh, to their second death. When the 70 years according to Daniel were fulfilled, Jesus put an end to old covenant sacrifice in the flesh.

We no longer have to count to 50 to renew the covenant by old land sacrifices. It is God’s work and sacrifice that finally enabled the work and sacrifice of His people to live to the age. At just the right time God sent His Son, born of a woman into the old covenant; born of the Spirit into the new covenant. Flesh and blood did not inherit the eternal covenant. Jesus married His reborn old covenant people in the air, i.e., the spirit realm they were already born into while celebrating their typical birth.

Every sabbath year in the seventh month read the law to everyone.

Deuteronomy 31:10-13

LITV 10 And Moses commanded them, saying, At the end of seven years in the appointed time, the year of release, in the Feast of Tabernacles, 11 when all Israel comes in to see the face of Jehovah in the place which He choosesyou shall proclaim this law before all Israel, in their ears. 12 Assemble the people, men and women, and the little ones, and your alien who is within your gates, so that they may hear, and so that they may learn, and may fear Jehovah your God, and take heed to do all the words of this law; 13 and their sons who have not known shall hear, and shall learn to fear Jehovah your God all the days which you live on the land where you are crossing over the Jordan to possess it.

After the first two battles of Jericho and Ai, Joshua read the whole law to everyone. According to that law, the first sabbath year of rest began at that time; in the seventh month, which used to be considered the first month by Noah.

Genesis 8:4

YLT 4 And the ark resteth, in the seventh month, in the seventeenth day of the month, on mountains of Ararat;

The first month according to the law of Moses used to be considered the 7th month to Noah. But the ark actually rested on the prophetic day of the new covenant creation, rather than on the day Joshua and Jesus entered the typical promised land. The ark rested on Nisan 17th, which came to be Jesus’ resurrection day.

God told Moses to start the year to reflect the month that the nation of Israel was created. Israel left Egypt in the month of Nisan and then Israel entered the promised land in the month of Nisan 40 years later. I don’t know which year they started their calendar on: the year they left Egypt or the year they entered the promised land with a new body. But the first month on their calendar was definitely Nisan. And since Joshua started a sabbatical in the 7th month of the first year in the land, then I will assume that was the first calendar year in the count to the first of 20 Jubilees.

The spiritual new creation that started with Jesus’ resurrection was also in the month of Nisan. Jesus entered the old land on the 10th and came to rest in the new creation on Nisan 17th, in fulfillment of the type of Noah’s ark. The consummation of the new creation was in the 7th month of the year.

Joshua 8:35

LITV 35 There was not a word of all that Moses commanded which Joshua did not read before all the assembly of Israel, and the women, and the little ones, and the aliens that walked among them.

Some say Ezekiel 40 could not be a Jubilee year because no one was in the land to observe it. The blast of the shofar every 49 years had already gone unheeded for ten Jubilee cycles. They were removed from the land for missing 490 years of sabbaths. It probably seemed to involve too much sacrifice of wealth, even though God promised to bless them even more while resting. They had to exercise faith in their personal Elohim to provide for them. The year’s agricultural work was naturally completed in the Fall when the Jubilee year of rest commenced. But this 12 month sabbatical period extended through the next Spring and Summer too. Not only were the people supposed to train their hearts to trust in their sovereign owner as they rested on every weekly sabbath, but a whole sabbatical year as well, split in halves as it was. It was His land that was the means for everyone’s blessings, which meant getting to know and trust Him.

Exodus 20:2

CLV 2 I am Yahweh your Elohim Who brought you forth from the land of Egypt, from the house of servants.

The Lord then spoke to Moses at Mount Sinai, saying, “Speak to the sons of Israel, and say to them, ‘When you come into the land which I shall give you, then the land shall have a sabbath to the Lord. Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard and gather in its crop, but during the seventh year the land shall have a sabbath rest, a sabbath to the Lord…You are also to count off seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years, so that you have the time of the seven sabbaths of years, namely, forty-nine years. You shall then sound a ram’s horn abroad on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the day of atonement you shall sound a horn all through your land. You shall thus consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim a release through the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you (Leviticus 25:1-48-10, NASB).

The first Jubilee wasn’t the year after the 7th sabbath year. It was the 7th month of the 7th (counted to) sabbath year. The first sabbath year wasn’t counted to. It was a given. The land was already cultivated. The first year of rest started in the 7th month of year one in the land. They started counting from 1 to 7 in the first month of calendar year 2. The two halves of the sabbath year sacrifice came from two calendar years. Both years were divided in half: months 7-12 and 1-6 were sacrificed. Like circumcision, the sabbatical sacrifice pictured a new creation that came out of the old. “When you come into the land which I shall give you, then the land shall have a sabbath to the Lord.” The count to 49 was according to the new creation calendar. The 49th year in the count to Jubilee overlapped into the 50th year in the new nation land.

50 Days Instead of 50 Years

Pentecost was Jesus’ 50th day in the new creation land. Jesus entered the O.C. land of Jerusalem on sabbath eve, as eschatos Adam. He cursed the tree and cleansed the temple of the corrupt merchants and money changers. Under King of Judea, Herod Antipas, the Jews were allowed to move into the Gentiles’ temple court, to exchange money and sell animals. After His ‘passion’ week, old covenant eschatos Adam was re-born by the Holy Spirit, to enter the new covenant (new creation) on the next weekly sabbath. The enslaved land was freed from the old man in order to be betrothed to the new covenant soul, on Pentecost, which was 50 days post-resurrection.

How To Count To 50 Days

The annual betrothal anniversary day is like the golden marriage anniversary; except sabbath to sabbath is 50 days instead of 50 years. They were typically betrothed on the 53rd day after sacrificing the passover lamb and escaping the death of the firstborn, which consequently set the firstborn free to leave the land of slavery. On the third day, after they were released, they may have made their first offering in the wilderness. The typical betrothal was 50 days after First Fruit, at Sinai, when they agreed with God’s proposal to make them into a great nation.

The marriage part of the new covenant arrived 40 years after Jesus began His ministry, when the made-new body entered the thousand year spiritual Jubilee. The body that was called the body of Moses or Adam, was only a type of the body of Christ that was “about to be”. The old covenant people of Yahweh assembled on Pentecost to celebrate the old covenant betrothal when the Spirit-made betrothal arrived. Pentecost was the 53rd day after the Lamb of God applied his blood to the post and lintel of the cross. The body of Moses was betrothed-again or born-again, by the Holy Spirit on Pentecost. Welcome to the new covenant.

Sabbath to Sabbath

Leviticus 23:15-16 YLT 15 `And ye have numbered to you from the morrow of the sabbath, from the day of your bringing in the sheaf of the wave-offering: they are seven perfect sabbaths; 16 unto the morrow of the seventh sabbath ye do number fifty days, and ye have brought near a new present to Jehovah;

The Hebrew word translated ‘Morrow’ has two root words that mean, ‘on or upon’ and ‘the fresh or morning breeze’. Hebrew days started at dusk but people awaken at dawn to start the day’s work. Even Genesis days are numbered from the morning. Obviously the 24-hour day started at dusk and ended at dusk. So shouldn’t Genesis 1:5 scientifically say, there is an evening and another evening–day one? Or is God calling the light ‘Day’ one?

Genesis 1:5 YLT 5 and God calleth to the light `Day,’ and to the darkness He hath called `Night;’ and there is an evening, and there is a morning—day one.

what word means “the day after a specific day”? (english.stackexchange.com)

A: “The morrow of…” Strictly this means “the morning of”, but to talk of “the morrow” would be to talk of the coming morning, and so “the morrow” is the next day. Alas “on the morrow of Christmas … meal on the 24th than the 25, and why Hallowe’en is on the night before, rather than after All Hallows; by the old reckoning, the day had started at sundown. “The morrow of…” is not in very common use …

Yes, morrow can meaning morning. We did not used to have to resort to such reduplications as “tomorrow morning”, because the morrow sufficed. – tchrist Jan 30 ’13 at 14:03

Here is Leviticus 23:15-16 from Thompson’s English version of the LXX:

15 That from the morrow of these sabbaths; from the day on which you offer up the dedicated sheaf, you shall reckon for yourselves seven whole weeks, 16 even till the morrow after the last week, you shall reckon fifty days, and then offer a sacrifice of new corn to the Lord.

Notice the same exact Greek word Thompson translates ‘morrow of’ in verse 15 is translated ‘morrow after’ in verse 16.

Since offerings started in the morning light, it could easily mean this: From the morning of these sabbaths (plural) after the omer of the heave-offering, you should count seven periods of seven to the morning of the last period of seven (1,2,3,4,5,6,7), when you reach 50 days, then you shall bring a new-grain offering to the Lord.

Mark 11:11-12

YLT 11 And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple, and having looked round on all things, it being now evening, he went forth to Bethany with the twelve.
12 And on the morrow, they having come forth from Bethany, he hungered,

Evening is when the next 24-hour day started but the morrow is when the next day (light) started.

The sabbath is the only day with a name. The 6 work days (work was done in the daytime) are in a count toward this day of rest. The twelve tribes were enabled to enter the new betrothal covenant because of the last work week of Yeshua the messiah. But the Hebrew word that means ‘the next daytime’ is commonly translated as ‘the day after’. There is a major one day difference between the next occurring sabbath daytime (light) and the day after the next sabbath daytime is over. This common error places Resurrection and Pentecost on the first morning of the work week instead of the morrow of the weekly sabbath. Yeshua stands into the new covenant rest (on a sabbath; with the completed image of Yahweh) as the complete new head human and Yahweh’s congregation is then betrothed into that covenant (while sitting at a sabbath feast) fifty days later.

Ephesians 2:8-9 LITV 8 For by grace you are saved, through faith, and this not of yourselves; it is the gift of God; 9 not of works, that not anyone should boast;

Just as the Holy Spirit raised Jesus out of the water on the sabbath day of His first baptism, so He was raised out of the death of the cross on the sabbath day of First Fruit. He called His death on the cross a baptism. Hump day was His most difficult part of His last work week in the old covenant. After the cross, He was proclaiming victory in Hades, until His Sabbath day resurrection. 50 days later the same Holy Spirit started raising the nation from their death, on a sabbath day. The new covenant body (corporate) was born… again.

Genesis 2:2 ECB  And by the seventh day Elohim finishes the work he worked; and on the seventh day he shabbathizes from all the work he worked:

Some people think no pleasure was allowed on the sabbath day. The pleasure of working was generally not allowed on the sabbath, but the food was already prepared to eat. So they were allowed to worship, fellowship and eat all day. Yeshua is the bread from heaven. Yeshua is the image of God that we worship; the sabbath fellowship feast.

Luke 18:11-14   ECB 11 The Pharisee stands and prays these with himself, Elohim, I eucharistize you, that I am not exactly as the rest of humanity – plunderers, unjust, adulterers, or even as this customs agent: 12 I fast twice on the shabbath, I tithe all – as much as I possess. 13 And the customs agent, stands afar off, and wills not even so much as to lift his eyes to the heavens; but strikes on his chest, wording, Elohim, kapur/atone for me a sinner. 14 I word to you, this one descends to his house justified rather than the other: for everyone who exalts himself, is humbled; and whoever humbles himself, is exalted. [How long does a fast last? If breakfast breaks the all night fast then everyone fasts once a day. Is it a shock that a boasting Pharisee could count for himself two fasts in a single sabbath?]

The count to 50 is from the ‘morrow of the first weekly sabbath’ to ‘morrow of the eighth weekly sabbath’  not  ‘morrow after’, unless you mean the morning after the sabbath that had already started at dusk. But the word “of” is a more concordant word to use than “after”.

Leviticus 23:15-16 (The word ‘after’ is twice added to this translation)

Brenton 15 And ye shall number to yourselves from the day after the sabbath, from the day on which ye shall offer the sheaf of the heave-offering, seven full weeks: 16 until the morrow after the last week ye shall number fifty days, and shall bring a new meat-offering to the Lord.

The word translated sheaf is omer. An omer is a dry measure. It is a real stretch to call an omer a bundle of stalks. Some think the count to 50 starts a day after the passover wave offering rather than the day after the First Fruit grain offering. Since the wave offering is always Nissan 16th there is no need to count to 50. Pentecost to them is always on Sivan 6. But if First Fruit is the first day in the count to 50 then it would vary from year to year. First Fruit could be anywhere from one to seven days after Nissan 15th. First Fruit is the first weekly sabbath after the Great sabbath of Nissan 15th.

Leviticus 23:15-16 (The word ‘after’ is not added to this translation)

Julia Smith 15 And ye counted to you from the morrow of the Sabbath from the day ye brought the handful of lifting up; seven Sabbaths shall be complete. 16 Till from the morrow of the seventh Sabbath, shall ye number fifty days; and ye brought a new gift to Jehovah

The counting of the seven sabbaths begins on the morning of the First Fruit sabbath; according to Leviticus 23:15-16 above. This is an old testament reference to the octave of sabbaths referred to generally as ‘one of the sabbaths’. The eighth sabbath is the fulfillment sabbath because it reverts to the first of the eight sabbaths, which was the initial uncounted sabbath. Jesus entered the new covenant land on a sabbath so there was nothing to count to. He had already arrived. His last work week while in the old covenant was to rescue His people from the old covenant. The old covenant believers began their count to seven from First Fruit; seven times. This is how they counted: one, two, three, four, five, six, Sabbath. They were about to join their messiah in His new creation. He already fulfilled 6th day humanity at His first baptism. He underwent another baptism on the cross so they could be baptized by the Holy Spirit too.

Leviticus 23:15 ABP And you shall count to yourselves from the next day of the sabbaths…

The day Jesus entered the new covenant (resurrection) was the uncounted never-ending sabbath. The day the church entered the new covenant was the eighth sabbath called Pentecost. In the 50 year count, the eighth sabbatical is the Jubilee year, when every bondservant returns to their family and every tribe returns to their inheritance land. In both counts to 50, whether days or years, the eighth sabbath becomes the uncounted first sabbath, alluding to the seventh prophetic day of Genesis, which is the only day that has no evening or morning. And this is why ten Jubilees equals 490 years not 500 years; actually 491. The apologue is quite clear; and yet a certain amount of intelligence is necessary for its comprehension. The day the church was betrothed to the never-ending sabbath day of Christ was on Pentecost. The marriage was the eighth day of Tabernacles. The first born of humanity is the full-fledged Son of God.

Revelation 21:25 ECB 25 and the gates thereof are never no way shut by day; for there is no night there:

Adam did get the ‘gates’ of his place shut on him. The old Adam’s family was finally ended in AD 70. Humanity is now Christian not Adamic. Adam is not the head of God’s corporate body. He is under Christ. We are not cursed under law. We are blessed in the body of Christ. Just as the first first born, was Adam and Israel, Jesus is the firstborn of the new creation nation. Salvation is of the Jews. The gospel went to all the inhabited earth. Adam’s great commission was to keep the garden and tame the nations. The Jews in diaspora pre-evangelized the nations for the new firstborn of humanity. Adam is no longer the firstborn of humanity. The firstborn nation was reborn to take the gospel of the reborn Son to the other nations.

Matthew 24:34

ECB 34 Amen! I word to you, This generation never no way passes until all these fulfill:

“Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” [v.3]

Are we still counting to 1000 or Has salvation arrived?

Matthew 24:14

CLV 14 And heralded shall be this evangel of the kingdom in the whole inhabited earth for a testimony to all the nations, and then the consummation shall be arriving.”

Colossians 1:5-6

CLV 5 because of the expectation reserved for you in the heavens, which you hear before in the word of truth of the evangel, 6 which, being present with you, according as in the entire world also, is bearing fruit and growing, according as it is among you also, from the day on which you hear and realized the grace of God in truth,

Romans 10:16-18

CLV 16 But not all obey the evangel, for Isaiah is saying, “Lord, who believes our tidings? 17 Consequently, faith is out of tidings, yet the tidings through a declaration of Christ.” 18 But, I am saying, Do they not hear at all? To be sure! “Into the entire earth came out their utterance, And into the ends of the inhabited earth their declarations.”

Romans 13:11

LITV 11 Also this, knowing the time, that it is now the hour for you to be aroused from sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than when we believed.

Hebrews 1:1-6 was written to all 12 tribes scattered

CLV 1 By many portions and many modes, of old, God, speaking to the fathers in the prophets, 2 in the last of these days speaks to us in a Son, Whom He appoints enjoyer of the allotment of all, through Whom He also makes the eons;” 3 Who, being the Effulgence of His glory and Emblem of His assumption, besides carrying on all by His powerful declaration, making a cleansing of sins, is seated at the right hand of the Majesty in the heights;” 4 becoming so much better than the messengers as He enjoys the allotment of a more excellent name than they. 5 For to whom of the messengers said He at any time, “My Son art Thou! I, today, have begotten Thee”? And again, “I shall be to Him for a Father And He shall be to Me for a Son”? 6 Now, whenever He may again be leading the Firstborn into the inhabited earth, He is saying: And worship Him, all the messengers of God!”

Jesus put an end to sacrifices in AD 70. It was reserved for humanity to die once and then came judgement to life or second death. The sacrifices for the examples of the real things are no longer needed. The Hebrews’ types were ended to make way for the real things in heaven. Salvation came to the Jews through Jesus. Rehearsals for salvation are over.

Hebrews 9:23-29 was written to all Israel not just Jews in the land

ECB 23 So indeed it was necessary to purify the examples in the heavens with these; and the heavenlies themselves with sacrifices better than these. 24 For the Messiah entered not the handmade Holies – antitypes of the true; but the heavens thereof, to manifest for us now at the face of Elohim: 25 not that he still offers himself often, exactly as the archpriest enters the Holies every year in blood of others; 26 otherwise he must have suffered often from the foundation of the cosmos: but now in the completion/shalom of the eon he manifests himself once to put away sin through the sacrifice of himself. 27 And as it is laid out for humanity to die once and after this the judgment: 28 thus the Messiah was offered once to offer the sins of many; and to them who await him he appears the second – apart from sin to salvation.

How to count 50 days from the Exodus to Mount Sinai

Exodus 19:1 CLV 1 In the third month after the going forth of the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, on this day they entered the wilderness of Sinai.

We know the passover lamb was sacrificed on the 14th day of the first month, which was called Nisan. So they left Egypt the next day; on the 15th day of the first month. On the first day of the third month they arrived at Sinai. From the 15th of the first month to the 15th of the second month is about 30 days. So they arrived in the wilderness of Sinai on about the 46th day after the exodus. They would preliminarily accept God’s proposal to make them into a great nation before the 40 days and nights and the replacement of the broken tablets occurred. The initial acceptance of God’s proposal appears to be about the 50th day after their first offering in the wilderness. Moses asked Pharaoh to let them go 3 days out to make an offering, which was probably the 3rd day after the Passover. This had it’s new covenant counterpart the 3rd day after the Lamb of God was crucified; the resurrection of Yeshua on First Fruit started the fulfillment count to 50 days.

Pentecost celebrated the acceptance of the proposal from Yahweh. Moses didn’t bring the stone tablets until maybe 100 days or more later. Pentecost was fulfilled by the arrival of the Holy Spirit who took their heart of stone and gradually gave them a heart of flesh; the heart of the messiah. Today Pentecost is not a required celebration, but it would be the anniversary day of the new spiritual betrothal covenant and the old betrothal in the flesh anniversary day, but not the receiving of the law anniversary day. The receiving of the law may have been in the Fall. The law says to read it in Tishri.

Shortly after arriving at Sinai, Moses went up the mountain for the first of eight ascensions. God told Moses of his plan to make a holy nation. The people agreed to God’s proposal to make them great (betrothal) and Moses went back up the mountain the next day.

Exodus 19:3-6  KJV 3 And Moses went up unto God, and the LORD called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel; 4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles’ wings, and brought you unto myself. 5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: 6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. (1Peter 2:9 YLT 9 and ye are a choice race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people acquired, that the excellences ye may shew forth of Him who out of darkness did call you to His wondrous light;  Luke 2:32 LITV 32 a Light for revelation to the nations, and the Glory of Your people Israel.)

The 50 day count would begin at the first weekly sabbath; on the third day after the passover lambs were slain in Egypt.

Exodus 3:18 CLV 18 Then they will hearken to your voice, and you will enter, you and the elders of Israel, to the king of Egypt and say to him: Yahweh, the Elohim of the Hebrews, has met with us. So now, we pray, let us go a way of three days into the wilderness that we may sacrifice to Yahweh our Elohim.

The phrase ‘one of the sabbaths’ occurs seven times in the Bible:

1. Matthew 28:1 Concordant Literal Version: Now it is the evening of the sabbaths. At the lighting up into one of the sabbaths came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to behold the sepulcher. (‘evening of the sabbaths’ is like our familiar holiday Hebraism called Christmas Eve. It begins at dusk when the new Hebrew day begins. ‘evening of the sabbaths’ commences the 50 day harvest celebration. We say Christmas Eve like they said Sabbaths Eve.)

2. Mark 16:2 CLV And, very early in the morning on one of the sabbaths, they are coming to the tomb at the rising of the sun.

3. Luke 24:1 CLV Now in the early depths of one of the sabbaths, they, and certain others together with them, came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they make ready.

4. John 20:1 CLV Now, on one of the sabbaths, Miriam Magdalene is coming to the tomb in the morning, there being still darkness, and is observing the stone taken away from the door of the tomb.

5. John 20:19 CLV It being, then, the evening of that day, one of the sabbaths, and the doors having been locked where the disciples were gathered together, because of fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst and is saying to them, “Peace to you!” (This episode was 20 plus hours into the resurrection sabbath)

6. Acts 20:7 CLV Now on one of the sabbaths, at our having gathered to break bread, Paul argued with them, being about to be off on the morrow. Besides, he prolonged the word unto midnight. (According to Acts 20:16, Paul was trying to get to Jerusalem for the day of Pentecost; the last one of the sabbaths in the 50 days.)

7. 1Corinthians 16:2 CLV On one of the sabbaths let each of you lay aside by himself in store that in which he should be prospered, that no collections may be occurring then, whenever I may come. (These sabbaths are in the season of spring harvesting. What better time to set aside some income? In the old covenant, the firstfruits went to the priesthood. Paul was taking a collection to the born-again people of God in Jerusalem.)

These seven verses are the reason we say Jesus rose on Sunday. In my opinion the phrase ‘one of the sabbaths’ refers to one of the sabbaths in the 50 day count to Pentecost; also known as The Feast Of Weeks.

The phrase ‘the first sabbath’ occurs only once in the Bible:

Mark 16:9 CLV Now, rising in the morning in the first sabbath, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom He had cast out seven demons.

The phrase ‘second-first sabbath’ occurs only once in the Bible:

Luke 6:1 YAH SHUA, ADONAY OF THE SHABBATH

ECB 1 And so be it, on the second first shabbath, he goes through the spores; and his disciples pluck the kernels and eat rubbing them in their hands.

This was puzzling to me: why does Mark 16:9 specify ‘the first sabbath’ following so closely after Mark 16:2 that had just generally called resurrection day ‘one of the sabbaths’? Evidently ‘one of the sabbaths’ was some kind of first century veiled reference to the uncounted sabbath in the seven sabbath (really eight sabbath ) count toward The Feast Of Weeks. I can’t tell you which one it is without breaking protocol by counting it. It is supposed to remain uncounted from yet joined at the end because it is the sabbath day that never ends.

Some people are saying these two phrases: ‘the first sabbath’ and ‘one of the sabbaths’ are idioms that really mean, ‘first day of the week‘ and are anything but a sabbath. This is very tricky to me. Neither the word for day nor the word for week is in any of these eight verses. In fact the word for first is only in Mark 16:9 and Luke 6:1.

So now what do I do with Luke 6:1 when it specifies, ‘the second-first sabbath’? Is this really an idiomatic reference to a second Sunday? On this specific day the Pharisees were being bothered by the disciples who were eating the grain from the field. Eating was usually allowed on a sabbath unless it was the firstfruits before the offering was given, which was done first thing in the morning. It was the preparation of food that was not allowed on a sabbath. The Pharisees asked, “Why do you do what is not allowed on the sabbaths?” They saw the disciples seperating the grain by rubbing them in their hands before eating them. The legalists were watching closely. Yeshua covers both aspects. He first asks them if they had even read of David’s men who entered the house of Yahwey then ate what belonged to the priests and were still innocent. Secondly, Yeshua tells them He is the master of the sabbath not them. Yeshua’s disciples were certainly more privilaged than David’s men.

According to the Apostolic Bible (APB), the very first sabbath of this festival season was called the ‘great one’. The sabbath called the ‘great one’ is the first day of Unleavened Bread. Yeshua was placed in the tomb near twilight, right before this great day began. The first day of Unleavened Bread is called a special sabbath no matter what day of the week it falls on. The second-first sabbath is therefore the First Weekly Sabbath, when Yeshua was resurrected. It is the first of the eight in the chart at the top of this page.

Luke 6:1  ABP And it came to pass on the sabbath that followed the great one… (Apostolic Bible Polygot)

Luke 6:1  YLT And it came to pass, on the second-first sabbath… (Young’s Literal Translation)

Therefore: the second-first sabbath is the sabbath that followed the great one.

The APB translation of Luke 6:1 follows the tradition of not using the word ‘first’, in order to avoid counting the unending sabbath day in their count to join it.

The Greek version of Leviticus 23:6-11 uses the word ‘first’ for the two different first sabbaths. The Septuigint was the common first century Greek bible most often quoted by the writers of post resurrection script, who also completed the bible in the Greek language (either that or the Masorites have changed the existing Hebrew manuscripts so much that it appears that way). The two uses of the word ‘first’ are for the first day of the Unleavened bread count and for the first day in the count to Pentecost. It was either last year’s wheat grain or this year’s barley grain they were eating without leaven. Unleavened bread begins the barley harvest. They were preparing for the new wheat harvest that begins at Pentecost. By removing all leaven from their houses they were symbolically cleansing the land. The new leaven for the new wheat was arriving on the barley grain. By the time the wheat harvest arrives they will have barley malt to get new yeast from. Today the ostensible Jews sell all their leaven to someone they know so they can buy it back when the holiday is over. This kinda subverts the whole point when they keep their old leaven.

Matthew 16:11-12  ALT 11 “How do you(p) not understand that [it was] not concerning bread I said to you(p) to be guarding against the leaven [or, yeast] of the Pharisees and Sadducees?” 12 Then they understood that He did not say to be guarding against the leaven [or, yeast] of the bread, but against the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

Brenton’s Septuigint Leviticus 23 (Great sabbath; first day in the count to seven)

23:6-8 And on the fifteenth day of this month is the feast of unleavened bread to the Lord; seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread. 7 And the first day shall be a holy convocation to you: ye shall do no servile work. 8 And ye shall offer whole-burnt-offerings to the Lord seven days; and the seventh day shall be a holy convocation to you: ye shall do no servile work.                      (Weekly sabbath; first day in the count to seven-sevens)

23:9-11 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,10 Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, When ye shall enter into the land which I give you, and reap the harvest of it, then shall ye bring a sheaf, the first-fruits of your harvest, to the priest; 23:11 and he shall lift up the sheaf before the Lord, to be accepted for you. On the morrow of the first day the priest shall lift it up.

KJV Leviticus 23:11 And he shall wave the sheaf before Yahwey, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

Notice the major one day difference between Brenton’s and KJV’s renderings of Leviticus 23:11. Brenton’s is the morrow of the first day and KJV’s is the morrow after the sabbath. The word ‘after’ is not in the Hebrew or the Greek text. It is unfortunately added to most modern translations. It should be translated, ‘the morrow of the sabbath’ which would then line up with, ‘the morrow of the first day’; that is the morning of the first weekly sabbath in the count to Pentecost, not the great sabbath of passover in the count to seven days of unleavened bread. The first weekly sabbath is first fruits, which is the first day in the count to 50, which is the second-first sabbath of Luke 6:1, which is not the first day of the week or the first day in the land or the first day of unleavened bread. The first day of unleavened bread was always the great sabbath of 15th of Nisan.

Leviticus 23:15-16 YLT 15 `And ye have numbered to you from the morrow of the sabbath, from the day of your bringing in the sheaf of the wave-offering: they are seven perfect sabbaths; 16 unto the morrow of the seventh sabbath ye do number fifty days, and ye have brought near a new present to Jehovah;

Exodus 13:6-9 ECB 6 seven days you eat matsah and the seventh day is a celebration to Yah Veh: 7 eat matsah seven days: yes, neither is fermentation seen with you nor yeast seen with you in all your borders. 8 And tell your son in that day, saying, Because of what Yah Veh worked to me in going from Misrayim. 9 – and it becomes a sign for you on your hand and for a memorial between your eyes, that the torah of Yah Veh is in your mouth: for with a strong hand Yah Veh brings you from Misrayim.

On the third day Jesus was raised while it was still dark, but the priests didn’t make the weekly sabbath offering till the light of the day appeared. The two root words of morrow mean, ‘on or upon’ and ‘the fresh or morning breeze’. The offerings didn’t begin until the sun rose into the light of day. The Hebrew 24-hour day actually began in the dark 12 hours earlier.

Jesus was the only begotten of God. He was the first born of Mary who died as the Passover Lamb of God. He was resurrected during the barley harvest to the first day of the 50 day count toward Pentecost. He also became the first one to be born again by the Holy Spirit. He would send the Holy Spirit to bring his new birth to the wheat harvest. The new life for the wheat harvest was symbolically in the new leaven. When the wheat harvest arrived they would have to get their new yeast from the barley malt because the old yeast was all removed from the land. Yeast fills the bread with air to make the bread rise.

Deuteronomy 16:3-4  YLT 3 `Thou dost not eat with it any fermented thing, seven days thou dost eat with it unleavened things, bread of affliction; for in haste thou hast come out of the land of Egypt; so that thou dost remember the day of thy coming out of the land of Egypt all days of thy life; 4 and there is not seen with thee leaven in all thy border seven days, and there doth not remain of the flesh which thou dost sacrifice at evening on the first day till morning. (Jesus was in the tomb before sunset; the night before the morning of the Unleavened Bread exodus.)

The first sabbath that follows the first day of Unleavened Bread is the weekly sabbath that starts the count to Pentecost, which is also called the second-first sabbath. Jesus becomes the second firstborn covenant man on this day; the only begotten of God was born again to be firstborn of the new covenant. The last became first.

1Corinthians 15:20 LITV But now Christ has been raised from the dead; He became the firstfruit of those having fallen asleep.

By the way, when Matthew and Mark tell of this same confrontation (Luke 6:1) with the Pharisees they only say that Jesus went through the grainfields at that season on the sabbaths (plural) and do not specify that it was the ‘second-first’ sabbath as Doctor Luke does:

Matthew 12:1 CLV At that season Jesus went through the sowings on the sabbaths. Now His disciples hunger, and they begin to be plucking the ears and to be eating.”

Mark 2:23 LITV And it happened, He went along through the grain fields in the sabbaths. And His disciples began to make way, plucking the heads of grain.

Now if ‘one of the sabbaths’ and ‘first sabbath’ and ‘second-first sabbath’ and ‘sabbath that followed the great one’, somehow all mean Sunday, then what does it mean to simply say, “sabbaths” in the two verses above? Can ‘sabbaths’ in general really be made to mean every day of the week including the seventh day? So if first sabbath is Sunday then second sabbath must be Monday and then the third sabbath must be Tuesday. Can there be a more tortuous exegesis? If they wanted to denote what day of the week the special sabbath was on they could say, “the Great Sabbath is on the fifth day of the week this year”. I do believe ‘one of the sabbaths’ refers to one of the eight weekly sabbaths in the fifty day count to Pentecost. At least two verses tell us which one of the sabbaths. Both Mark 16:9 and Luke 6:1 tell us which sabbath of the eight they are referring to: the first sabbath in Mark is more specifically called the second-first sabbath in Luke; both of which refer to the resurrection sabbath. First century Jewish readers knew exactly what sabbath they meant. Evidently the writers of the Apostolic Bible did too.

So, why are the so called idiomatic expressions for Sunday as ‘one of the sabbaths’ or ‘the first sabbath’ or ‘the second-first sabbath’, only found in the Bible after Malachi? And why is there no historical evidence of such an absurd idea until after Yeshua the messiah is resurrected on ‘one of the sabbaths’ more specifically called ‘the first sabbath’ and even more specifically called ‘the second-first sabbath’?

John 19:31 ALT  Therefore, the Jews, so that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the Sabbath, since it was the preparation [day] (for the day of that Sabbath was a great [one]), asked Pilate that their legs be broken and they be taken away.

Yeshua was burried right before the Great Sabbath started and resurrected as the new covenant man on the first weekly sabbath. He finished the work of the sixth prophetic day by completing the image of Yahwey in the eschaton Adam. The new covenant doesn’t then start over at prophetic day one. Yeshua carried His nation forward into His completed work. He is Lord of the sabbath.

Colossians 2:16-17 Therefore let no one judge you in food or in drink or in the particulars of a festival, or of a new moon, or sabbaths, which are a shadow of the things which are about to be, but now the body is of the annointed (an epethet of Yeshua indicating He was the messiah; the promised deliverer of the Jewish nation [body] prophesied in the Hebrew Bible).

Luke 4:16-19  ECB 16 And he goes to Nazareth where he was nurtured: and as his custom, he enters the synagogue on the day of the shabbaths and rises to read: 17 and he is given the scroll of the prophet Yesha Yah: and he unfurls the scroll, and finds the place where it is scribed, 18 Spirit of Yah Veh is upon me, because he anoints me to evangelize the poor; he apostolizes me to heal the crushed in heart; to preach forgiveness to the captives and sight to the blind; to apostolize the crushed in forgiveness; 19 to preach the acceptable year of Yah Veh. Isaiah 61:12

The day of the shabbaths is also a reference to the uncounted first sabbath in the octave of sabbaths. If we would just go back to Genesis instead of Constantine we would have no doubts as to which day of the Hebrew week these sabbaths were on. The day of the sabbaths (plural) is translated as the sabbath day (singular) in most of our English translations. Otherwise it would naturally be associated with “one of the sabbaths” in the seven sabbath count toward Pentecost. The uncounted sabbath was usually referenced generically as “one of the sabbaths” since it was not to be counted until the 49th day became 50 and entered into the never-ending (hence never-counted) first sabbath.

Pentecost represents the recieving of the proposal to become a great nation. It is the betrothal part of the covenant. Pentecost was 50 days after the resurrection; Jesus was 40 days in the new land and ten days with the father before sending the Holy Spirit to betroth his seated people by writing the law of Christ on their minds. In reverse order, the new covenant ‘law’ is being written on their hearts by the Holy Spirit before they are driven out of the land by the old covenant ‘law keepers’. And the new covenant man remains in perfect standing with the Father and able to lift the bride into his image. Unlike Moses, Yeshua goes on ahead into the promised land to graciously prepare a place for his soon to be standing bride to enter. She was not stood up after she was stood up. That nonsensical sentence is the result of our belief that Jesus did not marry the church after he betrothed her.

Jeremiah 31:31 CLV 31 Lo, days are coming, an affirmation of Yahweh, And I have made with the house of Israel And with the house of Judah a new covenant,

Hebrews 10:8-10  8 Further up, when saying that “Sacrifice and approach present and ascent approaches and those concerning sin Thou dost not will, neither dost Thou delight in them (which are being offered according to law), 9 then He has declared, “Lo! I am arriving to do Thy will, O God! He is despatching the first, that He should be establishing the second.” 10 By which will we are hallowed through the approach present of the body of Jesus Christ once for all time.

Thayer defines the word rendered ‘despatch’ as:

1) to take up, to lift up (from the ground)
1a) to take up for myself as mine
1b) to own (an exposed infant)
2) to take away, abolish
2a) to do away with or abrogate customs or ordinances
2b) to put out of the way, kill slay a man

Hebrews 10:16 CLV 16 ‘This is the covenant which I shall be covenanting with them after those days,’ the Lord is saying, ‘imparting My laws to their hearts, I shall be inscribing them on their comprehension also,

Jubilee represents the first year of entering the land in the marriage part of the covenant. Ezekiel recieves a temple vision on the very day and month they first entered the promised land, which was 14 years after being removed from the land; on the tenth day of the Nissan. It was approxiamately 574 BC and was supposed to start a Jubilee anniversary (in the seventh month); another 50 years of national marriage to Yahwey, celebrated by living an awesome year of trusting Yahwey to provide, paying off debts and returning to the original tribal allotments. Instead Ezekiel was recieving a vision of a temple, and it didn’t represent the one Herod would remodel that Jesus said would be destroyed by the Roman empire. Ezekiel envisioned a temple that would encompass the whole city.

The city of God extending from heaven is itself cube shaped like the Holy of Holies and has within it no localized temple because everyone in the city of God already lives in his presence. Christ is the high priest and the preisthood includes all believers. It is the new and better covenant because the Holy Spirit betrothal did lead to the permanent marriage.

Revelation 21:1-322  And I saw a new heaven and a new land, for the first heaven and the first land passed away, and the sea is no more. 2 And I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God, having been prepared like a bride, having been adorned for her Husband.3  And I heard a loud voice out of Heaven, saying, Look the tabernacle of God with humanity! 22 And I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty is its temple, also the Lamb.

The Truth Is Deliberately Distorted By False Witnesses

John 2:19-21  ALT19 Jesus answered and said to them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up!” 20 Then the Jews said, “This temple was built [in] forty and six years, and You will raise it up in three days?” 21 But that [One] spoke concerning the temple of His body.  (The Body Of Christ)

Mark 14:58 ALT 58 “We heard Him saying, ‘I will tear down this temple made with human hands, and by three days, I will build another not made with human hands.’”

Matthew 26:61  ALT 61 But later two false witnesses having come forward, said, “This One said, ‘I am able to tear down the temple of God and by three days to build it.”

First Adam Entered The Land Nearing A Sabbath

Adam was not placed in the garden on the first day of creation. Adam moved into the land later in the 6th day; after God completed His world and declared it good. Adam was covenanted in the wilderness on the sixth day and placed into the garden. After Jesus completed His work as last Adam, He also entered the new good land on or approaching a sabbath eve. But Jesus entered the new land on the Nissan 17th sabbath not the Nissan 10th sabbath as Joshua did. Jesus did not have to be in the new land for 7 days before making an offering from the previous days of reaping. He took the work he did from the last week of the old to the first day of the new.

Jesus was in the new covenant holy place after his resurrection. Symbolically the holy place was 40 cubits long. Jesus would take 40 days after the resurrection before ascending to the most holy place. The portico was 10 cubits long. It would be 10 more days before the Holy Spirit arrived to bring his people to the holy place.

The first day in the old land was the 10th. The first day in the new covenant was the 17th.

The 17th is the unending, uncounted sabbath day of Messiah.

Noah’s ark was a type of sabbath day resurrection.

Genesis 8:4 YLT 4 And the ark resteth, in the seventh month, in the seventeenth day of the month, on mountains of Ararat;

Nissan was the seventh month to Noah.

Leaving Egypt was a type of new birth for the nation, so Yahwey changed what was Noah’s seventh month of the year to be Israel’s first month of the year, indicating a new beginning in the seventh month. In the fulfillment of these types, Jesus was born into Israel’s seventh month, which was His beginning as a human before His rebirth. He entered the types to rescue his people by fulfilling the types. Jesus was born again in the first month.

Nissan became the first month to Moses

Exodus 12:1-2 YLT 1 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses and unto Aaron, in the land of Egypt, saying, 2 `This month is to you the chief of months—it is the first to you of the months of the year;

The betrothal (resurrection) of the reborn human nation arrived in the third month on Pentecost and the marriage to the new Human arrived in the seventh month.

On the Day of Atonement, the High Priest went through many preparations to enter into the Holy of Holies on behalf of his people. God’s throne room in Heaven is the most perfect and the most intimate dwelling place for His bride.

She is rid of the “old man” of sin in the waters of baptism, symbolized also by the Days of Unleavened Bread. She doesn’t buy back the old leaven when she has the new.

Romans 6:3,6,7 – 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed …7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

1 Corinthians 5:7-11 CLV 7 Clean out, then, the old leaven, that you may be a fresh kneading, according as you are unleavened. For our Passover also, Christ, was sacrificed for our sakes”

Ephesians 5:27-29 ECB 27 to present to himself a glorious ecclesia – not having stain or wrinkle or any such; but that it be holy and unblemished. 28 Thus the men are indebted to love their women as their own bodies. Whoever loves his woman loves himself. 29 For no one ever yet hates his own flesh; but nurtures and cherishes it, even exactly as Adonay the ecclesia:

The Marriage Supper of the Lamb takes place in the seventh month.

The church overcame the adversary and the beast. For the Spirit of the law of Christ overcomes the adversarial law of sin and death and His humanity rejects the number of the beast. The beast was stuck on 666 but Messiah sevens us. We drink with Him anew in His kingdom. We enter his feast of Sabbath rest. After the Day of Atonement comes the week of Tabernacles. Tabernacles is the seventh month of the year wedding that lasts for seven days. It follows the seventh seven of Pentecost and the seventh seven of Jubilee. We are not stuck in the sixth day as Augustine taught, nor are we starting over in the first day as Constantine taught. We now worship in His uncounted-neverending sabbath. It is not 666 or 111 or 911. It is 777, which was the new human’s answer to the rule of the beast. We have entered into Messiah’s seventh day sabbath. The types have been fulfilled in Christ.

Hebrews 9:28 ECB 28 thus the Messiah was offered once to offer the sins of many; and to them who await him he appears the second – apart from sin to salvation.

YLT 28 so also the Christ, once having been offered to bear the sins of many, a second time, apart from a sin-offering, shall appear, to those waiting for him—to salvation!

Hebrews 9:3 reveals where he is coming out of.

Hebrews 9:3  YLT 3 and after the second vail a tabernacle that is called `Holy of holies,’

At his resurrection, Jesus entered through the veil (his flesh) into the Holy place of the new covenant. This was his first appearance as High Priest of the new world order. The first typical veil was torn open at his death.

At his accension, Jesus entered into the most holy place, behind the second veil, to prepare the place for his people to live in. If the typical high priest did not come out of the Most Holy Place and return to the holy place, then the sacrifice was not accepted and the people were not blessed in God’s land. Jesus became the once for all High Priest of the new covenant. At the marriage Yeshua moved His bride from the holy place into the most holy place.

Unlike Moses, Jesus became a new creation (left ‘Egypt’ and was resurrected into the new covenant) and went into into the promised land after 40 days to prepare the place, while the church left ‘Egypt’. The church then entered their wilderness journey of their covenant transition guided by the Holy Spirit and the messengers of God. The second typical veil was removed in AD 67 or 70 when Jesus came out of the real Most Holy Place. This was the second appearance of the high priest and the second veil he came out of. Jesus’ first appearance as High priest was His 3rd day resurrection into the holy place of the new creation, as High Priest of the new covenant priesthood. His first appearance was in His flesh and it lasted 40 days. His second appearance was in the spiritual realm of the most Holy Place He prepared for His people.

The betrothal covenant brought them into the new covenant which was the Holy Place that prepared them for heaven. It became a Holy place because of the Holy Spirit indwelling. The wedding took them into the new covenant Most Holy place where Jesus lives.

Revelation 12:6 YLT 6 and the woman did flee to the wilderness, where she hath a place made ready from God, that there they may nourish her—days a thousand, two hundred, sixty.

The true to their Word Jews fled after the stoning of Stephen. The church persecution began. unbelieving Jews began persecuting believing Jews.

Acts 8:1-4  LITV 1 And Saul was consenting to the doing away of him. And in that day a great persecution took place on the church which was in Jerusalem; and all were scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the apostles. 2 And devout men together carried Stephen and made a great lamentation over him. 3 But Saul ravaged the church, entering house by house, dragging both men and women, he delivered them to prison. 4 Then, indeed, the ones who had been scattered passed through, preaching the gospel, the Word.

Paul still tended to keep the typical sabbaths even after he found his true sabbath fulfillment in the messiah. He lived in the transition era as the types were being realized. Since the first Christians were necessarily Hebrews, those Christians continued practicing the sabbath day laws until consummation. The typical temple still stood. However long the 12 tribes were in the land, they were held accountable for not keeping 490 years of sabbaths. The 12 tribes in diaspora had no ability to keep the Jubilee sabbath requirements during the second 490 years in the land. The Jubilee sabbatical required every tribe to return to their land inheritance. Without faith in Christ no one can inherit eternal life in the heavenly land and find their true rest in God. Paul however did not require sabbath day keeping or circumcision for anyone, especially Gentiles. Without Christ as the true sabbath keeper the second 490 years ended in the second death rather than eternal life, on heavenly grounds.

Romans 14:4-5

ECB 4 You – who are you to judge the housekeeper of another? unto his own adoni he stands firm or falls. Yes, he stands: for Elohim is able to stand him. 5 One judges one day above another; another judges every day. Each of you, assure fully in your own mind.

Hebrews 4:7-11

ECB 7 again, he decrees a day, wording in David, Today, after so long a time – exactly as it is said, Today whenever you hear his voice, harden not your hearts. Psalm 95:788 For if Yah Shua * had shabbathized them, than he had not ever after have spoken about another day. 9 So a shabbatism remains to the people of Elohim. 10 For whoever enters his shabbath also shabbathizes from his own works – exactly as Elohim from his. 11 So be diligent to enter that shabbath, lest anyone fall in the same example of trustlessness.

* Yah Shua can be translated: Jesus, Joshua or Yeshua. This verse is referring to the successor of Moses whom we prefer to call Joshua. He was a type of Christ because he took the people into the typical promised land. The true rest (another day) is in the Joshua who came in the first century. He led his people into His new covenant land. He sent the Holy Spirit to prepare His people for the most holy place He prepared in heaven.

It’s all about the new creation sabbath on the 8th day. Jesus was raised as the first person in the new creation on the 8th day. He entered the old land on a sabbath and was raised on the next sabbath, which was the 8th day. That sabbath became a corporate new creation on the 8th sabbath of Pentecost. The new creation was finally sabbatized on the 8th day of Tabernacles.

The 3rd seven-day period of the 7th month was finally put to rest on the 22nd of Tishri. The 22nd is the 8th day of Tabernacles or the never ending sabbatism of types fulfilled. 7 x 3 = 21. The last Feast of Tabernacles was the 15th through the 21st.

Matthew 11:29  (Learn to Trust Yeshua)

YLT 29 take up my yoke upon you, and learn from me, because I am meek and humble in heart, and ye shall find rest to your souls,
