Jacob is Jesus’ full brother by second birth. Jacob is (uninspiredly) renamed James in our modern Bibles, for some reason. By the time second Corinthians was written, Jacob was no longer considered to be “in the flesh” and he would no longer regard Jesus as “in the flesh” – Romans 8:9 – 2 Corinthians 5:16. If Jacob was still in the flesh, then he was not in God’s family. With the Holy Spirit indwelling, Jacob addresses the 12 tribes, early on in their transition of covenants. He warns the tribes not to remain in the flesh, i.e., breathical, beastly, physical, natural, sensual or soulish. The wisdom that comes down from above is obviously from the Holy Spirit (supernatural) realm not the natural realm.

The old covenant souls who had the breath from Adam but not the breath from Christ could only sense the things of their natural world – 1 Corinthians 2:14. They were stuck on their land. They were earthy. The new covenant soul came down from the spirit realm to release them from the natural soul of the old man and open their eyes in obedience to the gospel of the new man.

The new Jerusalem that was coming down from heaven was spiritually discerned. It didn’t have physical boundaries. It’s non-visible reality became a threat to the waning authority of the typical Jerusalem. The faithless ones who wanted to see the physical Jerusalem in the old covenant represented the natural (soulical, sensual, physical, breathical) body of God’s people. That body without the Holy Spirit became possessed with keeping the old covenant from ending. They only had earthy-man old covenant eyes. The new covenant soul came down from the spirit realm of heaven. He entered their land-bound body to give them His spiritual eyes.

1 Corinthians 15:44

The Adamic/Jewish souls caused an insurrection because they were about to lose their soilish/soulish corporate body. The everlasting breath of the body came from Jesus. He breathed on his people on the day of His resurrection and said, receive the Hoy Spirit. That was a way to say to His fellow Jews, join Me in My resurrection. 40 days later, He went back to the glory He had before He was born a Jew. He also went to prepare an everlasting place for His people in heaven. Upon completion, the new Jerusalem extends from heaven to earth in the spirit realm. It still isn’t discernible with natural vision.

The soulical unbelievers became desperate for a natural body to keep for their own because the body that was about to be was in the realm of the supernatural. Adam was only a type of the One who was about to be – Romans 5:14 – 1 Corinthians 12:13. The church was transitioning into the spiritual realm body of the new Firstborn, so the ones who couldn’t sense it were acting like demons without a body to live in. Demons were in the business of stealing a human body. A violent uprising against the true authority of the body is called an insurrection.

Romans 8:9

The most obvious insurrection that occurred at the time when the Bible was still being spoken into existence came from the non-believers who rose up against the God-given authoritative words of the believers. The insurrection body wanted to take over the resurrection body. How were they demon-like? Demons were most interested in overtaking a human body whose author was God. Demons over-ruled the spoken words and actions of a body with their own words. God spoke or inspired the words that created the body of humanity. According to Jude 1:19, the soulical people were not His humanity anymore because they did not have the Holy Spirit inspiring them to act and speak. The old covenant vacuous body was being overrun by evil spirits. People don’t have to have demons to become evil in their own spirit. The body of Christ itself can not be possessed by evil spirits. But evil people have been known to infiltrate and steal biblically created organizations.

The first century body of humanity proper was no longer to be a natural body. It was being born again into the spirit-realm body of Christ. The Holy Spirit was sent by Jesus to Jerusalem to rebirth the Jews first. The unbelieving Jews wanted to keep their soulical (natural, physical, sensual) boundaries rather than join the eternal body of Christ in the new spirit realm Jerusalem. They violated their own God-given humanity in an effort to usurp God’s truly human body.

Like Cain, they wanted their insufficient sacrifices to be continually accepted, but they wouldn’t sacrifice the insufficient old man for the new and true orderly arrangement in Christ. In fact they were willing to sacrifice the new Jerusalem to keep the old Jerusalem. The unbelievers who didn’t repent for killing Christ went after His bride: the church. Like Cain, they had built an ungodly mafia-like city. Like Cain they left the law of God for mafia style tactics. After murdering their messiah they doubled down and came out with an ungodly vengeance toward anyone who believed Jesus lived again. Jesus lived again in their promised new covenant. But Jesus was only willing to forgive them during the transition of covenants, which was until 70 times 7. The grace time for their natural city disorder was about to be over. Animal sacrifices were becoming unacceptable. Those who valued their animals over their Messiah were acting more and more like the animals they loved, as they approached AD 70.

Judas turned on Jesus because he became possessed, as an unbeliever. There were plenty of evil spirits hanging around first century Jerusalem looking for a human body to inhabit. The unspiritual Jews actually drove the spiritual Jews out of Jerusalem. Is it so incomprehensible that the old covenant body of unbelievers went totally animal as the end neared? Blame it on all three: their own personal depravity, the Holy Spirit vacancy of the old covenant body and the demons who moved into the void they created. In their depravity they drove out the good people.

Hebrews 10:26 – to the 12 tribes

The Jews were the firstborn among many brothers – Romans 8:29. Their names are memorialized in the walls and in the foundation of the new Jerusalem. The new Jerusalem is the heaven built city of Christ (not the city of Cain) that now extends to earth in the spirit realm. It would not be wise to claim kingdom authority and offer unacceptable sacrifices again. You can not enter or see the kingdom unless you are actually His people. All nationalities were joining the spiritual body of Christ and looking forward to the never-ending day of covenant marriage, which was the eternal redemption of the body – Ephesians 4:30.

The true body (of Christ) will never be possessed by evil spirits, but local governments can still be stolen. Evil people like to take over government bodies, especially ones that were organized by Christians. They may even usurp Godly values in the name of protecting the people or saving the earth. A government or even a local church organization is a corporate body that can be hijacked by unbelievers, to temporarily revel in. Born again people who don’t believe everything in the Bible (or misinterpret the Bible) are also capable of inciting an insurrection. No insurrection can be as bad as the first century insurrection.

Jude 1:11-19

REMEMBERING THE RHEMAS
And you, beloved, remember the rhemas [spoken word] foresaid by the apostles of our Adonay Yah Shua Messiah; ¹⁸ how they worded to you that there be mockers in the final time, walking after their own irreverent pantings: ¹⁹ who set boundaries; soulical [you must do this or that because we who love the flesh said so], not having the Spirit.

AD 70 was the second death of the old covenant unfaithful ones. Their faithful new covenant rescue came before their second death. Those who loved the flesh wanted to keep it forever.

Who was it who mocked the Jewish Christ-followers and wanted to fortify the physical boundaries rather than transition into the spiritual land? Who became anti-Christ(ian) after they actually met Him in the flesh? Who first inspired pagan authorities to be anti-Christian? The unbelievers among the Jews found it very difficult to get Pilot to crucify the Christ, but their unfaithful pressure prevailed. People who claim to be Jews today are hardly like the first century unbelievers. They are not at all in God’s old contractual constitution that was timing out and transitioning into the new and never-ending covenant. Daniel and Jesus confirmed that it was timing out. A relatively few people today are still claiming the empty shell relic of a twice dead organism that will never again be inhabited by God’s Holy Spirit. God’s Holy Spirit gave and gives eternal life in His never ending covenant. Jesus laid down His old covenant soul to take it up again in God’s new covenant. We shouldn’t keep believing that both covenants still have standing. Jacob warned the 12 tribes to become single souled even when the old still existed.

James 1:8

The two-covenant souls got nothing. The 12 tribes couldn’t be loyal to two covenant bodies. The transition time from the old to the new was unstoppable. The old covenant couldn’t be kept by circumcising everyone in the new. The living human soul is the new covenant first born and He will not again take on the old covenant death of Adam and go to Hades to open the way out of the old covenant again. He is no longer living in that creation. The old covenant creation was destroyed. The old covenant body of Christ no longer exists. People from the old covenant creation can’t be resurrected into the new covenant body anymore. They were either born again or destroyed already. Jews are no longer waiting in Hades for the age to come when they will be born again into their promised new covenant salvation.

James 1:7-8 – Jacob’s final blessings and curses to the 12 tribes

CLV ⁷ For let not that man be surmising that he shall be obtaining anything from the Lord – ⁸ a man double-souled, turbulent in all his ways.” [In other words Jacob warned the 12 tribes: don’t be a double-covenanted human in the transition age we are currently in. The first century was the age of the transition of covenants, so you can’t really do this today. Their is only one eternal covenant soul. Jesus laid down His soul to take it up again in His new covenant creation.]

1 Thessalonians 5:14

– Timid souls needed more soul. Not from the old unfaithful soul, but from the new faithful soul. We shouldn’t try to inspire people with words about old covenant Jerusalem being resurrected back into the non-spiritual flesh-mode body. Double-souled people weren’t inspired or inspiring during the transition of covenants. If they inspired anything it was disorder and confusion. Following the old covenant hold-outs led to destruction.

Luke 12:19-20

CLV ¹⁹ And I will be declaring to my [old covenant] soul, “Soul, many good things have you laid up for many years. Rest, eat, drink, make merry.”‘” ²⁰ Yet God said to him, ‘Imprudent one! In this night your soul are they [the many good things] demanding from you. Now, what you make ready, whose will it be?'” [The night was far spent. the day was at hand. Romans 13:12]

– Like this rich man, some actual old covenant Jews sold their soul for the good things of that life. The ‘good things’ demanded the rich man’s soul from him. He made the uninspired lazy-minded trade.

John 10:17-18

CLV ¹⁷ Therefore the Father is loving Me, seeing that I am laying down My soul that I may be getting it again.” ¹⁸ No one is taking it away from Me, but I am laying it down of Myself. I have the right to lay it down, and I have the right to get it again. This precept I got from My Father.”

Jesus laid down His old covenant soul of humanity to take it up again in the new. His most difficult work week was His last old covenant week, when He took Adam’s place. Adam was the first living soul of breathical humanity. Jesus took his place in old covenant death. A soul is a covenant creation. God’s soul was grieved in relation to the covenant He made with Israel. The true old covenant soul of eshatos Adam moved Himself into the new covenant creation. In a way that others could follow. He is now the new covenant soul of His creation.

Today God’s soul is our soul by way of His Holy Spirit: His old covenant soul agreement made with Israel became His fully human fully God, agreement arranged in the Christ.

Leviticus 26:6-17

CLV ⁶ I will give peace in the land, and you will lie down with no one making you tremble; I will eradicate the vicious animal from the land, and no sword shall pass through your land. ⁷ You will pursue your enemies, and they will fall before you by the sword;” ⁸ five of you will pursue a hundred, and a hundred of you shall pursue a myriad, and your enemies will fall before you by the sword. ⁹ I will countenance you, make you fruitful, increase you and confirm My covenant with you. ¹⁰ You will eat stored stores and bring forth the stores in view of the new. ¹¹ I will put My tabernacle in your midst, and My soul shall not loathe you. ¹² I will walk about in your midst and will be your Elohim and you, you shall be My people. ¹³ I, Yahweh, am your Elohim Who brought you forth from the land of Egypt, from being servants to them. I have broken the slider bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk upraised. ¹⁴ Yet if you neither hearken to Me nor observe all these instructions, ¹⁵ and if you reject My statutes, and if your soul loathes My judgments so as not to observe all My instructions, to cause you to annul My covenant, ¹⁶ indeed, I Myself shall do this to you: I will visit panic upon you, attenuation and fever, making the eyesight vanish and causing the soul to pine; and you will sow your seed for naught, for your enemies will eat it. ¹⁷ I will set My face against you, and you will be struck down before your enemies; those hating you will hold sway over you, and you will flee even when there is no one pursuing you.

During the typical sabbatical year of renewal, the 12 tribes ate of the old in view of the new, until the new overtook the old. God was always gracious to His people. The everlasting soul or breath is now in the blood of the resurrected Christ. He laid down His old creation soul to give it to us in His new creation. He breathed into the Hebrew body when their breathical holiday of Pentecost became spiritual. How can your national birthday (corporate body birthday) become more spiritual than by being born again by the Holy Spirit of Christ Himself? The Holy Spirit never leaves the new covenant body (tabernacle) like it did the old. Their are no vicious animals in the new Jerusaelm. Those in the typical land became vicious animals in the end. They are no longer in God’s covenant land.

Hebrews 10:1-14 – To the Hebrews being covenantally sanctified by the will of God

Those not being sanctified (set apart by God and made holy by His Spirit) during the transition were claiming to be the true humanity in the flesh. They wanted the old covenant rather than the new. God’s new covenant plan was carried through. The breathical became spiritual. The old physical boundaries like land, diet and circumcision went away, along with the old covenant hold-outs who were insisting on keeping them.
