The jubilee years always began mid-year, on the Day of Atonement – Leviticus 25:9. The day of atonement was 6 months after the year started. God specifically told Moses to start the years in Nisan not Tishri. Jubilee years were not regular years. They were renewal of covenant years. God made a new creation out of the nation by moving their new calendar year from Tishri to Nisan. They entered the promised land in Nisan and read the law to everyone in the land 6 months later to start the first sabbatical. Jubilees repeat that renewal every 49th year. The 49th year is a transition year that overlaps the old and the new creation with one imbedded year of rest. They recounted that first year in the land in the middle of every 49th year. If the 7 year confirmation of covenant according to Daniel was cut off midweek (after 3 1/2 years) then when did the second half of the covenant confirmation resume? Jesus came to confirm a covenant with many for 7 years but He only did it for 3 1/2 years. It was the last week of the second 490 years that Jesus came to redeem. For the sake of clarity, lets say Jesus died an old covenant death at the age of 33 1/2 rather than live to complete the confirmation of the covenant at 37 years of age. Jesus was born in Tishri and He died in Nisan. by grace Jesus turned the transition into a 40 year rebirth rather than a 7 year confirmation. Woven into the fulfillment, the last 3 1/2 years became the last 3 1/2 years of the 40 year regeneration.

The Levites were allotted no farm land, rather they were given 48 cities to live in. They served as the good politicians and the propagandists in God’s system. They taught the law and provided the culture through music and ceremony. The 11 other tribes paid them for their service with a tithe from their produce. Among the Levites themselves, some officiated and some served the officials. Levites had less reason to borrow money since their needs were taken care of. If in need they could rent out their houses or their fields in the suburbs, but only until Jubilee. They couldn’t be sold. Their inheritance was to serve the Lord by cultivating the people rather than work the land itself. They taught the laws of Jubilee and were instrumental in their celebrations. They were the old creation priesthood, who cultivated God’s people and enjoyed serving the Lord rather than farming and shepherding. If the inheritance of the old covenant priesthood was God rather than land, then what would the new covenant fulfillment be? The priesthood of believers is not tribal.

Numbers 18:20

CLV 20 Yahweh said to Aaron: In their land you shall not have an allotment, nor shall a portion be yours in their midst. I am your portion and your allotment in the midst of the sons of Israel.

Other classes of politicians arose known as Pharisees and Sadducees. They were not necessarily from the tribe of Levi. They were opportunists who politicized God’s system, taking for themselves duties assigned to the Levites. Among them were career politicians who served for status and wealth while claiming to do good for the people. The Sadducees were more elitist and they controlled the temple. They were ‘the scientists’ who didn’t believe in a spiritual realm or an afterlife. The Pharisees believed both. They were more in charge of the synagogues where the common people met. The Pharisees weren’t afraid to over-rule God’s word with the traditions of the humans. As you might guess, the less progressive Sadducees disappeared after AD 70, but the unbelieving Pharisees developed a new religion called Judaism. Modern day Judaism over rules God’s word with the traditions of men by definition of its own continued existence. Obviously nobody is in the old covenant keeping the law.

What happened to the thousand year Jubilee that was supposed to restore all things to the first year in the land? Early in the first century the Jews were finishing up their second 490 years of law breaking in the land. They were typically facing their 20th failed Jubilee. The consummation was supposed to fulfill and end the type. So maybe the millennial Jubilee wasn’t a typical jubilee. Those who wanted types forever got destruction. Those who were in the regeneration became the holy priesthood of believers whose inheritance is God not land.

1 Peter 2:5-9

CLV 5 you, also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, into a priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, most acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ” 6 Because of this it is included in the scripture: Lo! I am laying in Zion a corner capstone, chosen, held in honor, and he who is believing on it may by no means be disgraced.” 7To you, then, who are believing, is the honor, yet to the unbelieving: “A Stone which is rejected by the builders, this came to be for the head of the corner, 8 and a stumbling stone and a snare rock; who are stumbling also at the word, being stubborn, to which they were appointed also.” 9 Yet you are a chosen race, a “royal priesthood,a “holy nation,a procured people, so that you should be recounting the virtues of Him Who calls you out of darkness into His marvelous light,

The final Jubilee had to be non-typical. That’s how types are fulfilled. The 12 tribes in the new covenant became a priesthood of believers sent out to cultivate every land of people. They would never be spiritually dead again. They were given the privilege of serving in the presence of God wherever they lived. All lands returned to their original owner for spiritual cultivation. It is a never-ending Jubilee if all debts are forever paid and God’s presence is permanently restored. The gospel is the invitation to join the fulfillment Jubilee that is not typical.

The “second gospel” is for the 12 tribes in diaspora today who didn’t believe the first gospel the first time their messiah came. Never mind that they have been genetically assimilated into the nations for thousands of years now. They will believe something that compels them to return to the land of types so we can destroy the typical people again. In reality, only a part of Judah had to return for the messiah to be born and rescue His people before putting what was left of the old land of types to it’s second death. Will there really be a third national resurrection in the flesh before the third death for those who reject the Spirit regeneration all over again? That non-typical spiritual regeneration was of course on their typical national birth day. If that doesn’t indicate non-typical fulfillment then what will?

Of course these contemporary returnees 2000 plus years after the spiritual regeneration of the nation will have to be unmixed relatives of the first century diaspora. But the so called ‘Jewish’ synagogues all over the world today are not pre-evangelizing the nations for the gospel of the messiah, like the first century synagogues did. The diaspora was expecting the messiah in the first century because the Bible told them so.

The man made religion of Judaism today is not counting down the second 490 years in anticipation of their messiah, because it’s long past. By definition, false religions deny it ever happened. But their first century ‘relatives’ that ‘Jews’ today claim to be descendants of, did enter the fulfillment Jubilee. They are the ones who formed a new priestly body that now cultivates all God’s people in all God’s lands. The man made religion of Judaism today, (not old covenant) still wants a typical Jubilee fulfillment, which is an oxymoron, types are not typically fulfilled. They are non-typically fulfilled. Typical fulfillment to them means all 12 assimilated tribes must become genetically pure and return to their original allotment to become farmers and shepherds and Levites. Only then can we fulfill the types by returning to the types. At least for the fulfillments that we don’t want to be anti-typical. A spiritual kingdom of God may be unacceptable to those who want to rule in the typical flesh mode covenant. But then again, those who were not in the regeneration, could neither see nor enter the kingdom of God. All they could see or strive for was flesh and blood kingdoms, therefore they did not inherit the kingdom of God.

Luke 17:21

CLV 21 Neither shall they be declaring ‘Lo! here!’ or ‘Lo! there!’ for lo! the kingdom of God is inside of you.”

What kind of kingdom can’t be seen? The typical kingdom was visibly structured to rule over the nations in the flesh mode. The kingdom of heaven comes down and invades people from the heavenly realm, which is the spiritual realm. Those on earth who are outside the spiritual city are dogs.

Revelation 22:14-15

YLT 14 `Happy are those doing His commands that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of the life, and by the gates they may enter into the city; 15 and without are the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the whoremongers, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one who is loving and is doing a lie.

Either humanity has become a spirit-realm body or all humanity will someday live in a physical city of Jerusalem in the about-to-be or not-about-to-be future. More likely than not, Revelation 22:15 is describing old covenant humanity who saw God in the flesh yet rejected His new covenant humanity. Just as Peter reminded his new humanity people not to join the old covenant returnees. False prophets denied Jesus’ warnings about Jerusalem’s impending doom.

2 Peter 2

LITV 1 But false prophets were also among the people, as also false teachers will be among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, and denying the Master who has bought them, bringing swift destruction on themselves. 2 And many will follow their destructive ways, by whom the way of truth will be evil spoken of. 3 And by covetousness, with well-turned words, they will use you for gain, for whom judgment of old does not linger, and their destruction does not slumber4 For if God did not spare sinning angels, but delivered them to chains of darkness, thrust down into Tartarus, having been kept to judgment; 5 and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah the eighth, a herald of righteousness, bringing a flood on a world of ungodly ones; 6 and covering the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah with ashes, He condemned them with an overthrow, setting an example to men intending to live ungodly. 7 And He delivered righteous Lot, who had been oppressed by the behavior of the lawless in lustfulness. 8 For that righteous one living among them day after day, in seeing and in hearing, his righteous soul was tormented with their lawless deeds. 9But the Lord knows to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to keep the unjust for a day of judgment, being punished, 10 and most of all those going after flesh in the lust of defilement, and despising rulership, darers, self-pleasing; they do not tremble at glories, speaking evil; 11 where angels being greater in strength and power do not bring against them a reproaching charge before the Lord. 12 But these as unreasoning natural beasts, having been born for capture and corruption, speaking evil in that of which they are ignorant, they shall utterly perish in their corruption, 13 being about to receive the wages of unrighteousness, having deemed indulgence in the day to be pleasure; spots and blemishes reveling in their deceits, feasting along with you,14 having eyes full of an adulteress, and never ceasing from sin; alluring unsettled souls; having a heart busied with covetousness; cursed children; 15 forsaking a straight path, they went astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness, 16 but had reproof of his own transgression, the dumb ass speaking in a man’s voice held back the madness of the prophet. 17These are springs without water, clouds being driven by tempest, for whom the blackness of darkness is kept forever. 18 For speaking great swelling words of vanity, by the lusts of the flesh, by unbridled lusts, they allure those indeed escaping the ones living in error, 19 promising them freedom, though themselves being slaves of corruption; for by whom anyone has been overcome, even to this one he has been enslaved. 20 For if by a full knowledge of the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, they have escaped the defilements of the world, and again being entangled they have been overcome by these, then their last things have become worse than the first. 21 For it was better for them not to have fully known the way of righteousness, than fully knowing to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. 22 But the word of the true proverb has happened to them: “The dog turning to his own vomit;” also, the washed sow to wallowing in mud. Prov. 26:11

The gospel went to the Jews first. The ones who rejected the new humanity in favor of typical humanity became worse off than people who never heard God’s word. Judgement to destruction came upon them. It was the Jews in the land who were first told how to enter the heavenly kingdom. It must come down on you by the Holy Spirit. Those entering the spiritual city were told to flee the typical city. Typical judgement was seen in the land while fulfillment judgement was taking place in the spirit realm. Holy Spirit Jews were judged to eternal life. Holy Spirit rejectors were judged to second death. New covenant people never die and there is no third death for the old covenant hold outs who were not in the regeneration of the nation. Second death ended the typical regeneration of the nation after 490 years. The spiritual regeneration of the nation will never even have a first death. It arrived at 1000 years of age still alive.

John 3:5-21

LITV 5 Jesus answered, Truly, truly, I say to you, if one does not receive birth out of water and Spirit, he is not able to enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That receiving birth from the flesh is flesh, and that receiving birth from the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not wonder because I told you, You must receive birth from above. 8 The Spirit breathes where He desires, and you hear His voice; but you do not know from where He comes, and where He goes; so is everyone who has received birth from the Spirit. 9 Nicodemus answered and said to Him, How can these things come about? 10 Jesus answered and said to him, You are the teacher of Israel, and you do not know these things? 11 Truly, truly, I say to you, That which we know, we speak; and that which we have seen, we testify. And you do not receive our testimony. 12 If I tell you earthly things, and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 And no one has gone up into Heaven, except He having come down out of Heaven, the Son of Man who is in Heaven. 14And even as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of man be lifted up, 15 that everyone believing into Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that everyone believing into Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world that He might judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. 18 The one believing into Him is not condemned; but the one not believing has already been condemned, for he has not believed into the name of the only begotten Son of God.19 And this is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness more than the Light, for their works were evil.20 For everyone practicing wickedness hates the Light, and does not come to the Light, that his works may not be exposed. 21 But the one doing the truth comes to the Light, that his works may be revealed, that they exist, having been worked in God.

Peter describes a heavenly inheritance Jubilee for the typically displaced elect. The incorruptible seed was not in the diaspora DNA. He was in heaven preparing the new covenant inheritance for His chosen ones. By the Holy Spirit, the 12 tribes obtained the incorruptible seed of the Messiah.

1 Peter 1

1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the elect sojourners of the dispersion of Pontus, of Galatia, of Cappadocia, of Asia, and of Bithynia, 2 according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit to obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied to you. 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, He according to His great mercy is regenerating us to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ out from the dead ones, 4 to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled, and unfading, being kept in Heaven for you 5 by the power of God, having been guarded through faith to a salvation ready to be revealed in the last era6 in which you exult; yet a little while, if need be, grieving in manifold trials, 7 so that the proving of your faith, much more precious than perishing gold, but having been proved through fire, may be found to praise and honor and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ; 8 whom having not seen, you love; in whom not yet seeing, but believing, you exult with unspeakable and having been glorified, 9 obtaining the telos of your belief, the salvation of your souls10 About which salvation the prophets sought out and searched out, prophesying concerning the grace for you, 11 searching for what, or what sort of time the Spirit of Christ made clear within them; testifying beforehand of the sufferings belonging to Christ, and the glories after these. 12 To whom it was revealed that not to themselves, but to us they ministered the same things, which now were announced to you by those having preached the gospel to you in the Holy Spirit sent from Heaven; into which things angels long to bow to look13 Because of this, having girded up the loins of your mind, being sober, perfectly hope on the grace being brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ, 14 as children of obedience, not fashioning yourselves to your former lusts in your ignorance, 15 but according to the Holy One who has called you, you also become holy in all conduct; 16 because it has been written, “Be holy,” “because I am holy.” Lev. 19:2 17 And if you call on the Father, the One judging according to the work of each one without respect to persons, pass the time of your sojourning in fear, 18knowing that not with corruptible things, silver or gold, you were redeemed from your worthless way of life handed down from your fathers, 19 but with precious blood of Christ, as of an unblemished and unspotted lamb, 20 indeed having been foreknown before the foundation of the world, but being manifested in the last times through you,21 the ones believing in God through Him, He raising Him from the dead, and giving glory to Him so that your faith and hope may be in God. 22 Having purified your souls in the obedience of the truth through the Spirit to unpretended brotherly love, love one another fervently out of a pure heart, 23 having been born again, not by corruptible seed, but incorruptible, through the living word of God, and remaining into the age24 Because “all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of humanity as the flower of grass, was withered, and its flower fell off, 25 but the Word of the Lord is remaining into the age.” And this is the Word announced as gospel to you. Isa. 40:6 -8

The word of the false prophets said typical Jerusalem wouldn’t end at her thousand year age of death. That word didn’t remain into the new covenant age. They were proved wrong when the old age did end. The never-changing Word of the Lord is the only gospel that is still with us. It alone remained into the age. The false prophets did not inherit that gospel salvation. Believing humanity did.

Romans 13:9-12

LITV 9 For, “Do not commit adultery,” “do not murder,” “do not steal,” do not bear false witness, “do not lust,” Ex. 20:13-15, 17 and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Lev. 19:18 10 Love does not work evil to the neighbor. Then love is the fulfillment of law. 11 Also this, knowing the time, that it is now the hour for you to be aroused from sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than when we believed. 12 The night is far gone, and the day has drawn near; then let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the weapons of the light.

Romans 13 is obviously addressed to the first century diaspora humanity, who was very familiar with the ten commandments. Those who believed were made clean and betrothed to the new covenant man by way of the Holy Spirit. They were about to be married to the new firstborn and thus inherit the gospel of salvation. Eschaton Adam was put to old covenant death and resurrected as the new covenant firstborn. That regeneration was out of the worst generation to ever to exist. That can’t ever happen again. The evil generation who killed their messiah and then tried to kill His bride is no longer with us. There will never be a worse generation than the first century generation. Some were saved into the age in the thousand year day of the Lord and some were destroyed into the age of the thousand years of old covenant darkness. The 490 year countdown to salvation and destruction spoken of by Daniel the prophet had drawn nearer than when they first believed. The full light of day culminated in the never-ending 20th Jubilee of the Lord. The old covenant works of darkness ended in their second death. No future generation can ever repeat that evil generation’s works under the old covenant cloak of darkness. The transition from old to new is officially over. Jesus was resurrected into the new covenant in order to save His people out from the old. Life into the fullness of the age was not typical. Nobody typically lived to 1000. Jesus fulfilled all the thousand year types. Only He granted life to the age.
