Jacob (Post-Pentecost) Addresses the 12 Tribes in Diaspora

Loosely Paraphrased for Meaning: Be rejoicing in your trials. Your faith is producing staying power. Your endurance (remaining under) is bringing you to (telos) completion. If anyone lacks wisdom ask God in faith. The double-souled human will get nothing from God. For the riches of old Jerusalem are about to pass away. It is our new covenant humanity that is about to get the eternal crown of life.

Telos- having reached it’s end, finished, complete, mature.

Let no one say God is trying you. Everyone is being tempted by their own desires to keep the rituals of the old covenant rather than trust the new humanity. Every good gift is coming down from the Father of lights without shadows. (Types and shadows are about to be passing.) But the one stuck in the hypocritical works of the law will be consummating the death (in AD 70). God is bringing forth the word of truth in us who are the first fruit of His creations.

(Humans entered the new creation first then the animals were adopted in after Peter’s sheet vision, in a true Hebrew chiasm. The first Jew, Yeshua was resurrected on first fruit barley harvest and the diaspora joined Him as the wheat harvest 50 days later. New yeast from the barley malt made the wheat bread rise.)

So listen up and think before you speak out in anger. For the anger of man is not producing God’s justice. Therefore put off all corruption and evil and receive the rooted word that is able to save your souls.

(The 12 tribes in diaspora had the word of God rooted in them.)

Be doers of the word and not just hearers. You are deceiving yourselves. For anyone not doing the word is like a man looking at his inherited face in the mirror and then forgetting what kind he was. But the one remaining in the perfect law of the freedom and not becoming an oblivious listener, shall do his work and shall be blessed in his work. If anyone seems like a ritualist but is not bridling his tongue but is deceiving himself, this one is vain in his ritual. Pure religion and undefiled before the God and Father is to visit the bereaved and the widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unspotted from the (obviously corrupt) system.

(The definition of pure religion for the Hebrews in the transition did not even mention circumcision. “Love your neighbor as yourself” not “Love your status as yourself”. The diaspora Hebrews had every kind of neighbor imaginable. Circumcision was not a need they had.)

My brothers, do not be holding the faith of our Lord Yeshua messiah of the glory with partialities to certain people. If a rich man in expensive adornment and a poor man in filthy clothing come into your synagogue and you give the rich man a better seat; if you are not truly judging, then you judge with wicked rationalities. Hear ye my beloved brothers! Has not God chosen the poor ones of the system to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He has promised to those who love Him? Yet y’all dishonor the poor one. Isn’t it the rich ones among y’all who are tyrannizing over you and drawing you into lawsuits? They blaspheme the worthy name (of Yahweh or Yeshua) by which y’all are being called. If y’all (12 tribes) are royally finishing (telos) the law according to the writing then y’all shall be loving your neighbor as yourself. But if y’all are showing partiality then y’all are working sin (missing the goal), being exposed by the law as transgressors.

(The law that is rooted in y’all 12 tribes was on display Roman-wide in the first century diaspora.)

If anyone who keeps the whole law yet offends on this one thing, he is liable of all. For the one saying you shall not commit adultery is also saying you shall not be murdering, yet if you are murdering then you have become a transgressor of the law. So be speaking and so be doing, as those about to be judged by the law of freedom (about to be judged by the new covenant consummation). For judgment will be without mercy to the one not doing mercy. And mercy rejoices over judgment.

(The old covenant hold outs who persecuted the new merciful humanity would be especially liable. Their lack of lawful works revealed their lack of faith in God. They didn’t believe their own belief. They just said they did. They were the cruel slave masters to those Yeshua came to set free.)

James 2:14-26 LITV 14 My brothers, what is the gain if anyone says he has faith, but he does not have works? Is (dead or unreal) faith able to save him? 15 But if a brother or a sister is naked and may be lacking in daily food, 16 and any one of you say to them, Go in peace, be warmed and filled, but does not give them the things the body needs, what gain is it ? 17 So also faith, if it does not have works, is dead being by itself. 18 But someone will say, You have faith, and I have works. Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith out of my works. 19 You believe that God is one. You do well; even the demons believe and shudder. 20 But are you willing to know, O vain man (old covenant humanity took God’s name in vain!), that faith apart from works is dead?

(Jewish Jacob cites some Jewish heros who had real faith. A big problem among the 12 tribes in transition to their new covenant was their blind hypocrisy. They were deceiving themselves. They thought they were the chosen ones who would remain in the types because they kept the traditions. The chosen ones were transitioning by the work of the new creation faith. Those who remained in the old covenant lacked faith and didn’t know it. Jacob/James tried to open their eyes.)

21 Was not our father Abraham justified by works offering up his son Isaac on the altar? Gen. 22:9 22 You see that faith worked with his works; and out of the works the faith was made perfected. 23 And the Scripture was fulfilled, saying, “And Abraham believed God, and it was counted for righteousness to him;” and he was called, Friend of God. Gen. 15:6; Isa. 41:8 24 You see, then, that a man is justified out of works, and not out of faith only. 25 But in the same way Rahab the harlot was also justified out of works, having received the messengers, and sending them out by another way. 26 For as the body is dead apart from the spirit, so also faith is dead apart from works.

(The old covenant city of Jerusalem was spiritually dead apart from the Holy Spirit they received in a new personal way on Pentecost. Even if the Holy Spirit was present in their typical temple, it wouldn’t be after their second national death in AD 70. The individual’s biological body is also dead when that individual’s spirit leaves that flesh body. Jesus’ body was biologically dead for three days after the cross. His spirit left His dead body behind. My biological body stops working when I die, but my spirit is already in the eternal body of God’s new humanity. I will never stop working. Eternal life came from the Holy Spirit, not my spirit or my flesh. If there is an eternal soul it is the new covenant soul of humanity, which is the law of Christ. He is the soul who masters the spirit. The indwelling Holy Spirit testifies with my spirit that I am a child of Yahweh. I won’t go to Hades and then return to my earthly body like Jesus did. He came to overcome the spiritual death of the body of God’s people. The reason Adam wasn’t allowed to live to the never ending age of 1000 was a favor to him, because he would have arrived spiritually dead.)

Many should not be teachers because we are getting a greater judgment. For we are tripping people up in many ways. If anyone is not tripping up in the word then this one is a telos man. He is also able to bit-lead the whole body. As bits lead horses and rudders turn ships so the tongue as a little member of the body talks big. Behold how great a matter a little fire is kindling. The tongue-fire is the system of injustice. That is how the tongue is being constituted among our members. It is spotting the whole body. And setting on fire the wheel of the lineage and being set aflame by the Gehenna. (Gehenna was an ongoing fire in Jerusalem and was never mentioned when speaking to Gentiles.)

James 3:7-18 (Speaking of Gentiles, The 12 tribes of humanity in diaspora were taming them by way of a synagogue in every city. It was the pre-evangelism of the nations. But their own tongues were personally untamable until they got the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit came upon Jesus after He became fully formed humanity under law. Adam lost his presence of the Spirit of God when he broke God’s law before his maturity arrived. Jesus died to gift a permanent Spirit life to His people whom Jacob/James was addressing. Those who believed did get their tongues tamed on Pentecost. Some ‘pentecostals’ today teach their members to let their tongue loose.)

CLV 7 For every nature, both of wild beasts and flying creatures, both of reptiles and those of the salt sea, is tamed and has been tamed by human nature.” 8 Yet the tongue can no man tame (yet the tongue, not one human can tame)- a turbulent evil, distended with death-carrying venom.” 9 With it we are blessing the Lord and Father, and with it we are cursing men (the humans) who have come to be in accord with God’s likeness.” 10 Out of the same mouth is coming forth blessing and cursing. There is no need, my brethren, for this to become thus.” 11 No spring out of the same hole is venting the sweet and the bitter. 12 No fig tree, my brethren, can produce olives, nor a grapevine figs. Thus neither does brine produce sweet water.” 13 Who is wise and an adept among you? Let him show his works by an ideal behavior in meekness of wisdom.

Every creature or creation or nation came into the new covenant. Jesus is firstborn over every nationality in the church. All animal nations were humanized before the covenant transition. The Bible never says Adam is the image of God. It says let us make Adam/humanity in our image.

Colossians 1:15

CLV 15 Who is the Image of the invisible God, Firstborn of every creature,

(The body of God’s people was being divided by false teaching. Those who wanted to keep the old covenant terrestrial and soulish were doing evil things to those who were receiving new covenant wisdom from the Holy Spirit that came down from above.)

1 Corinthians 15:44-45

44 It is being sown a soulish body; it is being raised a spiritual body. 45 If there is a soulish body, there is a spiritual also. So also it is written, The first human, Adam, “became a living soul: the last human a vivifying Spirit.”

(verse 47 calls Jesus the second human, from heaven. The first human was Adam from the land. Only through Jesus’ adopted father does the genealogy list Him as a son of Adam. He was actually the only begotten Son of God from above. He even calls himself son of humanity rather than son of Adam. The nation of Israel is also called a son of God in the flesh or in the land. The new Jerusalem came from above. God’s people today are spiritual sons of God through the eschatos Adam’s death and resurrection. He became the second humanity after being resurrected into the new creation. The first born of this second humanity is of course the only begotten Son of God; Yeshua. The eschaton Adam was put to death in the old covenant to become first born of a new and incorruptible second humanity. Jesus was the eschaton Adam before He died. Adam is probably from the Hebrew word adama or earth. Yeshua is the spiritually begotten Son of Yahweh from heaven. He birthed His people from heaven 50 days after He was born again by the Holy Spirit. He took Adam’s Holy Spirit in the garden death. When God approached Adam he hid and projected blame. Adam became offensive before maturity. Holy Spirit death is no more. The indwelling Spirit is permanent.)

James 3:14 14 Now if you are having bitter jealousy and faction in your heart, are you not vaunting against and falsifying the truth? 15 This is not the wisdom coming down from above, but terrestrial, soulish, demoniacal. ” 16 For wherever jealousy and faction are, there is turbulence also, and every bad practice.” 17Now the wisdom from above is first, indeed, pure, thereupon peaceable, lenient, compliant, bulging with mercy and good fruits, undiscriminating, unfeigned.” 18 Now the fruit of righteousness is being sown in peace for those making peace.

(It was new covenant Paul who prayed for peace, not old covenant Paul. Old man Paul wanted to destroy the renewal of humanity, along with the other hold outs who were holed up in the corrupted old establishment. New covenant Paul was even willing to sacrifice himself if it could save some of his old covenant brethren before the one tribe nation ended for good in it’s second land death.)

James 4

CLV 1 Whence are the battles and whence the fightings among you? Are they not hence: from your gratifications warring in your members?2 You are coveting and have not. You are murdering and are jealous, and you can not encounter it. You are fighting and battling, and you have not, because of not requesting.” 3 You are requesting and not obtaining, because you are requesting evilly, that you should be spending it on your gratifications.” 4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Are you not aware that the friendship of this world is enmity with God? Whosoever, then should intend to be a friend of the world is constituted an enemy of God.” 5 Or are you supposing that the scripture is saying this for naught? Is the spirit which dwells in us longing to envy? 6 Yet greater is the grace He is giving. Wherefore He is saying, God “the proud is resisting, yet to the humble He is giving grace.” 7 You may be subject, then, to God, yet withstand the Adversary, and he will be fleeing from you.” 8 Draw near to God, and He will be drawing near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, double-souled!” 9 Be wretched and mourn and lament. Let your laughter be converted into mourning, and joy into dejection.” 10 Be humbled, then, in the Lord’s sight, and He shall be exalting you.” 11 Do not be speaking against one another, brethren. He who is speaking against a brother, or judging his brother, is speaking against law and is judging law. Now if you are judging law, you are not a doer of law, but a judge.” 12 One is Lawgiver and Judge, Who is able to save and to destroy. Now who are you who are judging an associate?13 Come now, you who are saying, “Today or tomorrow we will be going into this or that city and should be spending a year there, and we will be trafficking and getting gain-” 14 who are not versed in that which is the morrow’s, for what is your life? For a vapor are you, which is appearing briefly and thereupon disappearing-” 15 instead of your saying, “If the Lord should ever be willing, and we shall be living, we also shall be doing this or that.” 16 Yet now you are vaunting in your ostentations. All such boasting is wicked. 17 Then to one perceiving how to be doing the ideal and not doing it, to him it is sin.”

(While in Jerusalem, Jesus said he came to divide Jewish families against each other. Those who were for Him were persecuted by those who wanted to be a friend of the corrupted Jewish system. Some diaspora Hebrews were even called double-souled by Jacob. They evidently wanted to keep elements of the old covenant that were about to pass away and also become a new creation human soul. In Acts 15, the church in the transition was rejoicing that even Gentiles were turning and getting clean hearts by belief in the gospel, until some believing Pharisees from Jerusalem arrived and said the Gentiles had to be circumcised. But the church was united. There would be no distinction between Jew and Gentile anymore. The new family of God would not be divided by the old. Circumcision was not a work that showed faith in their renewal covenant. The new covenant was not outside in. It was inside out from the heart by the Holy Spirit.)

James 5

CLV 1 Come now, you rich, lament, howling for your wretchedness which is coming on you! ” 2 Your riches have rotted and your garments have become food for moths. 3 Your gold and silver corrode and their venom will be for a testimony against you, and the venom will be eating your flesh as fire. You hoard in the last days.”

(Jacob, to the diaspora Hebrews, identified the first century as their last days. Looking back we know the old covenant ended in AD 70. Meanwhile, Paul took up a collection specifically for the believers in Jerusalem because the corrupt system had turned against them. They were being ‘cancelled’. There were wealthy people in Jerusalem and undoubtably some wealthy Hebrews in diaspora who owned stock in Jerusalem. They were hoarding their wealth and keeping it from the believers. The believers were doing the new covenant work and were imploring God about the injustice in Jerusalem.)

4 Lo! the wage of the workers, who mow your country places, which has been withheld by you, is crying, and the imploring of the reapers has entered into the ears of the Lord of hosts.” 5 You luxuriate on the earth (land), and squander. You nourish your hearts as in a day of slaughter.” 6 You convict, you murder the just; (they murdered Christians like Jesus and Stephen) he is not resisting you.” 7 Be patient, then, brethren (you Hebrews who are Christians), till the presence of the Lord. Lo! the farmer is waiting for the precious fruit of the land, being patient about it, till it should be getting the early and late showers.” 8 You also, then, be patient; establish your hearts, for the presence (parousia) of the Lord is near.”

παρουσία -arrival, comming, presence
parousia
par-oo-see’-ah
From the present participle of G3918; a being near, that is, advent (often, return; specifically of Christ to punish Jerusalem, or finally the wicked)

(The presence of the Lord was about to be. The consummation was near. The seventh and final festival was fulfilled when Yeshua married the new covenant people and destroyed the old covenant holed-ups.)

9 Be not groaning, brethren, against one another, lest you may be judged. Lo! the Judge stands before the doors.” 10 Be taking, my brethren, the example of suffering evil and patience you have: the prophets who speak in the name of the Lord.” 11 Lo! we are counting those happy who endure. You hear of the endurance of Job, and you perceived the consummation of the Lord, for very compassionate and pitiful is the Lord.” 12 Now before all, my brethren, do not be swearing, neither by heaven, nor by the earth, nor any other oath. Now let your “yes be “yes, and “no be “no, lest you should be falling under judging.” 13 Is anyone suffering evil among you? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him play music. 14 Is anyone infirm among you? Let him call to him the elders of the ecclesia, and let them pray over him, rubbing him with olive oil in the name of the Lord.”

(The Hebrews in diaspora who were sick were to call the elders of the church. They may have made themselves sick from anger and stress and swearing over the injustices of the transition into their new spiritual marriage covenant. They were told to stop swearing and be at peace, trusting in the Lord’s about-to-be judgement. The land was about to be spiritually harvested and the new covenant workers would be recompensed.)

15 And the vow of faith will be saving the faltering and the Lord will be rousing him up, and, if he should have done sins, it will be forgiven him.” 16 Then confess sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The operative petition of the just is availing much.” 17 Elijah was a man of like emotions with us, and he prays in prayer for it not to rain, and it does not rain on the land three years and six months.” 18 And again he prays, and heaven gives a shower and the earth germinates her fruit.” 19 My brethren, if anyone among you should be led astray from the way of the truth, and someone should be turning him back, 20 let him know that he who turns back a sinner out of the deception of his way will be saving his soul from death and will be covering a multitude of sins.

(According to Jesus, the only way a first century old covenant Jew could save his soul was to give it up.)

Mark 8:34-38

34 And having called near the multitude, with his disciples, he said to them, `Whoever doth will to come after me—let him disown himself, and take up his cross, and follow me; 35 for whoever may will to save his soul shall lose it; and whoever may lose his soul for my sake and for the good news’ sake, he shall save it; 36 for what shall it profit a man, if he may gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul? 37 Or what shall a man give as an exchange for his soul? 38 for whoever may be ashamed of me, and of my words, in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man also shall be ashamed of him, when he may come in the glory of his Father, with the holy messengers.’

Hebrews 4:7-14 (The letter to the Hebrews was of course written to the Hebrews in diaspora who were taming all the original creations for the telos of the day of Adam and Israel that was at hand. Like Adam, they were sent out to cultivate the land they came from. Adam’s great commission was to tame the animals and Israel’s was to be a light to the world and a blessing to the nations. The 1000 year Jubilee of Jerusalem brought the Hebrews to their super-sabbath rest. The 6th day of old covenant work was coming to it’s consummation in their messiah. The Hebrews were told to hold fast their profession in their new humanity. Adam was a type of the one who was about to be.)

7 again He doth limit a certain day, `To-day,’ (in David saying, after so long a time,) as it hath been said, `To-day, if His voice ye may hear, ye may not harden your hearts,’ 8 for if Joshua had given them rest, He would not concerning another day have spoken after these things; 9 there doth remain, then, a sabbatic rest to the people of God, 10 for he who did enter into his rest, he also rested from his works, as God from His own. 11 May we be diligent, then, to enter into that rest, that no one in the same example of the unbelief may fall, 12 for the reckoning of God is living, and working, and sharp above every two-edged sword, and piercing unto the dividing asunder both of soul and spirit, of joints also and marrow, and a discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart; 13and there is not a creation not manifest before Him, but all things are naked and open to His eyes—with whom is our reckoning14Having, then, a great chief priest passed through the heavens—Jesus the Son of God—may we hold fast the profession,
